Beautiful and serene Perfectly positioned next to a mountain stream, we were so taken by the resort that we didn't want to leave. I was able to relax in a way that I haven't in a long, long time. We visited Les Jardins as part of a tour of Corsica. The hotel is around a 30 minute walk from the train station, the last 15-20 minutes is on a winding road out towards a national park, you might even spot some grazing cows on the way! High quality hotel. Great for relaxing on the beach or by the pool. Make sure you hire a car for travel further afield into the mountains or other places in the island. Bikes available. Would go again Very nice hotel, good amount of parking spaces, friendly staff, comfy beds and the beach is nice. After 3 nights however, I would have loved a bit of variety at the breakfast table. We had a lovely stay in the tree house room. The room is indeed distinct with an amazing balcony. The hotel's service was perfect, the gardens were lovely, we loved the breakfast - and it's amazing how close the hotel is to the airport in Calvi! The one thing that could be improved is service at the dinner restaurant (though I think as it was the start of the season this may have become better).

Outstanding One of the best places my family of 4 has ever stayed. The private pool with our suite was particularly nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were well-kept. While Calvi isn't easy to get to from the United States, I would happily return again!

Beautiful Genovese estate with most wonderful gardens (though nearby airport’s landings and takeoffs do mess with the overall ambiance). The front desk were the best! Location is great and near airport. Very relaxing. Beautiful views. However, the room was not up to par. Water damage, mold, and black particles covered floor nightly around the bed and floors from vents. It was hard to breath and concerning. I passed along the pictures to staff. Practical for families, at least in early July. Safe beach nearby with snorkelling - if you leave the moray alone, it will leave you alone. There's enough shade on most plots, and everything works - even the WiFi is good enough to get work done. The restaurant was much better than expected. More indigenous trees would have done more for the local wildlife, which includes frogs, hedgehogs and bats....

The property is located about a mile outside the centre of Calvi and there are a number of excellent restaurants nearby. Calvi is a pretty town with an excellent beach nearby and Corsica is a beautiful island. The hotel has a nice pool and generally good facilities.

Amazing location at a 5 minutes walk from the beach/supermarket. Friendly service, a lot of space for tents. Sanitary facilities are clean, although there was a lack of charging points. The camping is merged with a neighbouring camping that has a swimming pool, which you can access.

Average big camping with dusty placement for tents. You can not park your car near the tent but you can enter to unload and load it. Toilets are ok, clean, standard. It is ok for a one night/two night stay because it is located 15 minutes from Calvi beach and 20 minutes from the city (that worth the visit) even if the road is not the best in the night.

Excellent location (5 min. walking distance to the city, supermarket 3 min. away, almost ON the beach, and small train stop right in front of the building), great view, good menu, nice decor, friendly staff - but oddly lacking a small refrigerator in the regular (non-suite) rooms.

We have had a wonderful week at Hotel Balanéa which is perfectly situated in the centre of Calvi overlooking the bay. The room is very comfortable with a balcony and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and eating on the balcony is a treat.

It was right in the heart of the city in the old town with all the shops, and the location couldn't have been more perfect for our family trip. We were able to explore all the nearby attractions easily, which made things so convenient for us with the kids. It is nicely located in city center. You cannot really park nearby but they do offer a free parking spot on a parking lot just 5 minutes walking. I do recommend to first drop off your luggage before parking your car. The bathing facilities are ok, the shower is quite small and if you are not careful water will run down the hallway a bit.

The hotel is good, great location, staff were good, has private parking, a private pool… We had a good stay no 5 stars just as it had not got that extra “je ne sais quoi” that extra more/special but we would happily stay here again

A nicely renovated property which is convenient to walk into the main town centre/ harbour it is looking a bit tired in the rooms and small bathroom ecvn in an upgraded sea view room. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the housekeeping work really hard to keep the rooms cleaned daily. Road is a bit noisy but calms down at certain times in the evening. Beuatiful building with a lovely pool area and some pretty funky art in the common areas. Unfortunately the aircon in all our rooms hardly worked at all which is no great when there is a heatwave. Also bathrooms are absolutely tiny, Rooms themselves are a decent size. Staff were excellent with really great service.

Nice clean hotel in the Port area of Calvi. Very helpful and welcoming reception staff. Small room with small window overlooking the street. Parking opposite in public car park that is very busy. 15 euro per day parking. In shirt walking distance to everything in Calvi.

Calvi main station is closed for renovations at the moment, 05/24, add another 10 minutes walk from Calvi Talle station.

We (a couple) had a lovely time in Calvi and one of the reasons was the hotel Belvedere. The location is fantastic, right next to the famous Citadel, and a two minute walk to the marina and streets of the old town. This is a 3 star hotel so it’s not luxurious but it‘s far from primitive. Staff were attentive and friendly; moved us to a room with a view of the ocean and the war memorial on their own accord which was greatly appreciated! Breakfast was filling and perfect way to cap off our Altipiani hiking tour (5 days of hiking has you work up a hunger!) Room was clean and bed was comfortable!

The hotel is in front of the citadel and at five minutes on foot to the port with restaurants, bar and shops. easy to find, parking is in front although free till 1st of April, could be busy in summertime.
