Excellent staff, wonderfuul restaurant. Room was regularly hot and humid, curiously, although a simple opening of the windows remedied this. There was also an air conditioning unit that was made available, but which we did not use. Location is wonderful, beautiful buuilding that was decorated with taste.

The Clarance hotel is a lovely little gem in the city of Lille. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is good and the location is perfect, right in the center of town.

We had the family room for 4 and it was comfortable. The location was good, within walking distance of cafes and restaurants and not too far from the bustling shopping area. We came by car and although they did not have parking in house, they recommended a place nearby to park. Can highly recommend.

We stayed for a night and found the place to be very clean and well-kept. It was quite dim and dark, but that is part of the charm. The staff were all very friendly and polite. The only problem was the shower pressure was very low. Other than that, it was great value for the price, and we’d consider staying again!

A perfect gateway hotel. Room was small but it is what you need if you are there only for 1 or 2 days. Breakfast was correct. Service was excellent, Alexy at the reception was helpful and friendly. The hotel is located quite near the train station, Lille Flandres. The location is convenient since you’re at the heart of the city with lots of things to do and visit. Overall it's pretty good, simple and clean, but the bedding is a bit poor, and the cups and pillowcases are a bit worn out.

Service is very good. Rooms are clean and the size is ok, but the bathroom is tiny. For breakfast there are several options, even boiled eggs (there is no scrambled eggs, nor sausages), the proposed food is fresh and tasty.

We booked a one night stay at this hotel in August. The room was clean and quite spacious. There is a parking garage right next to the hotel which was very convenient (we paid 15 EUR for 30 hours of parking). The location is amazing, you walk right into the old city center of Lille. The host was very very friendly, and the rooms are really very clean. The bedding and pillows are extremely comfortable. The breakfast is more than adequate for 7 euros only. There we spent the weekend and the situation of the hotel, close to the train station and the city center is ideal. We will come back with pleasure and we highly recommend this establishment.

Very comfortable bed and good facilities in the apartment especially the air conditioning. Parking was an issue so although had good nights sleep would not rebook. Some very undesirable people were hanging around the building so always walked the long way round to approach the front door.

Decent enough room, no qualms with the service. But the area around the train station doesn't feel safe, and you can find homeless camping a few meters away from the hotel which probably means the city doesnt bother to provide them any shelter

I paid for a double bed and received a room with what seems like 2 single beds pushed together the 2 single mattresss kept sliding apart leaving me on hard wood between the 2 mattress

I stayed at Ibis for 2 nights with my brother. Greeting on arrival very friendly. Rooms large clean and comfortable. Breakfast lovely. All the staff were extremely friendly helpful and efficient. We had a drink in the little bar after an evening out. Reasonable prices and good choice. 10 minutes walk from Eurostar and 15 to the centre of Lille. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Clean and quiet room. Cosy bed. Streamlined breakfast, but fresh and with good choices. Some missing amenities that would be nice to have in the room are justified by the lower cost. All in all, definitely worth the price.

Which is the most incredibly remodelled airbnb I've ever stayed in. All the detailed trims are impeccable. There's a beautiful sauna and a comfortable jetted tub. There are three huge TVs to watch Netflix or prime video or YouTube. Beds arer super comfortable

Lille downtown is less than 20 minutes away in walking distance. This was my second stay in two years and I did enjoy it like the first time.

Studio facing on the motorway, so we couldn’t sleep properly because of the noise. We didn’t have hot water the first night but nearly warm which was manageable but the second night no hot water at all so we have had cold showers. Shower gel in the bathroom not refilled. Limited breakfast selection. No air conditioning but a noisy fan.

Super three night stay last week at this hotel. Staff were very welcoming. The hotel is situated in a quiet area of the city, yet close to metro and restaurants.
