🌟 Fantastic Stay with Great Value Breakfast! 🏨 We had a wonderful stay at this B&B hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. 🛏️✨ 🍳 The highlight was definitely the breakfast! Not only was it delicious, but it was also super affordable compared to other places we’ve stayed. The variety of options—fresh pastries, eggs, fruit, and coffee—was...
The hotel is clean and big and very tidy.
Thanks to Camelia and her colleagues, each more charming and helpful than the other.
Everything was perfect. Reception, room, cleaning, breakfast. Thank you to all the welcoming and warm staff. We'll come back. Excellent value. Thanks again.
In general we were satisfied, but in the bathroom we noticed mold, which shocked us a little. For the location it was perfect, and we had a pleasant stay 😊
Very good room, clean, comfortable bed, practical bathroom, useful information in the hotel and friendly staff. Well located, close to all amenities. Quiet in general. Very convenient hotel ++ However, we were disturbed by someone knocking on our door twice in the night for no reason... and without excuse. We didn't really understand. I recommend ++, I will return without worries!

Very nice place. Hope to be back again.
All is good. Still with restrictions.
Basic clean 3* hotel conveniently situated close to the main square & restaurants. Somewhat dated lift to upper floors. The table lamp & one of the bedside lights didn't work. Clean comfortable bed & a fixed shower over the bath. Basic but adequate breakfast. In-house bar was closed on the night if my stay.
This is a pretty basic hotel. Hassle free parking outside (at night at the weekend, don't know about weekdays). The room was clean but quite dated. Staff are helpful. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. The hotel is about 15mins from the DFDS ferry.
Cheap and cheerful and in a great location with a decent continental breakfast. Free garage parking was nice bonus.
Lovely hotel in the centre of town. Easy parking. Nice friendly efficient staff. Clean spacious bedrooms.

Nice and friendly lady greeted us during breakfast. Fabulous collection of lamps/vases knickknacks in the reception. The room was very simple but clean n comfortable. Hallway and entry a bit dingy.
Super hotel for rest during trip. Very clean, comfortable beds, free WiFi. For such small money, I don't expect so good standard! Very polite service. Recommend!
This is a friendly and serviceable hotel. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is filling continental. The onwer is very helpful.
Cozy and quiet for being in the middle of town. WiFi is good, but breakfast seems to be expensive, so plan on eating somewhere else. Biggest positive, the windows have metal shutters so you can sleep how ever long you want without being woken by the Summer sun at 5am. Biggest complaint is that the bed is a spring mattress with absolutely no padding, so you feel the springs digging in the entire...
Good price, excellent location, clean, friendly staff. It's just a bit basic and rough around the edges. Could use some attention to detail and a coat of paint. Noisy neighborhood at night, though with the windows closed it's fine.

Business Trip stop and great location nice staff stopped and had the muscles in the restaurant which were great and 110m to the beach and bars
Good quality for the price. Tidy and cute rooms, most with sea view. Beach is max 100m away. Friendly couple running it.
A lovely hotel very close to the beach. The rooms are tidy and clean, not very big but what do you expect for the price? It's certainly a fine place to stay, the hotel's owner is very nice and helpful and won't hesitate to help you along.
Nice little hotel for a stop over on the way to France. Roon and bathroom a bit small but tastefully furnished and clean. When we stopped the restaurant wasnt open yet. Good breakfast Welcoming owners.
Old and in terrible condition, but at least the service was welcoming and nice.

The hotel was clean and quite handy to stay over after a late crossing from the Eurotunnel ,breakfast ok and staff really friendly.
Great staff and very convenient for the UK ferry/tunnel crossing, everything clean and tidy, room on the tight side, but it's all you need.
Boots pharmacy Diss is just one example of the huge difference between UK and European pharmacies. It's difficult for anyone who has lived in Europe to understand why UK pharmacies are so desperately mismanaged. In the majority of Europe, people working in pharmacies are qualified pharmacists, hence much quicker service without the pill pickers and till workers in between.
We stayed here on the way back from Spain before getting the tunnel back the next morning. Nice little hotel 10 mins from the tunnel, didn't have breakfast, the room was cosy and the bed was comfy, quite quiet considering an old hotel. There's a restaurant attached to it and it has a bar. Loads of parking spaces too. Would recommend...
Efficient no nonsense hotel. Good breakfast, but the restaurant was closed even on Saturday evening (Sep 2021). Does the job very well for an overnight transit stay but don't expect a nice location, spacious rooms or a French ambiance.
Cheap and cheerful, comfy bed, tiny room, big car park. Does what it says on the tin.

3* might be a little bit harsh because it served its purpose, the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Towels could have been fresher and there was no toilet in the room and there was nowhere to wash hands in the communal toilet! Overall was happy enough with my stay and I've stayed in much much worse places that were more expensive in the past. Would stay again for a short stay if that's...
Clean and tidy and only a short walk to local pubs and restaurants. A bit on the noisy side but it's ok for an overnight stay as it's fairly cheap and close to the ferry terminal.
The hotel is very modest but clean and the stuff was nice by letting us to check in in the morning. The only minus was that it's located right across the street from a school and it was hard to rest during the first part of the day (very noisy)

A little tired, and reminisent of times gone by. Extremely helpful young lad when we arrived on Saturday evening, but breakfast lady was impatient and rude about our small dog, which we paid extra to have stay, not being allowed into breakfast. I've no problem with that but the manner in which we were told was terrible given she is no doubt building a career in hospitality. Update: 12th May. I have...
Lovely small hotel near park and museum in Calais. Terrific breakfast buffet. English speaking staff very helpful.
Our third visit to this magnificent hotel in the heart of Calais in 2025 and other trips already planned. Melanie and Thierry provide their customers with a wonderful experience with exemplary customer service. All of the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are lovely, with new comfortable mattresses and the bedding is always clean and fresh. We stayed in a superior room and the facilities...
I felt very spoiled here. I came here with my cat on our way from France to England, and I was made to feel very well cared for. It’s clean, it’s comfortable, it has some old and elegant touches, and breakfast included every standard option and some tasty extras. The people on staff were lovely. It’s in a pretty town with a lot of history. Definitely a bargain.
After a ten hour drive with two children and two dogs, we were stopped at eurotunnel pet reception due to our vet appt being less that 24 hours prior and told we were not allowed to travel until the following morning. After a horrid experience we were SO lucky to find Hotel Meurice who had two beautiful rooms available and were more than happy to take our two dogs. The lady at reception could not have...
We were there for a couple of nights, having stayed there many years ago. The hotel has been totally redecorated from top to bottom as well as the bedrooms and has regained its grandeur, as the decor was getting quite tired and old. The staff is extremely polite, welcoming and helpful. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel (15€) but you may have coffee and a croissant for 6€, which was not an option...

Thank you very much! We were very well looked after by the hotel staff, and we had a great night’s sleep in a comfy bed with delightful pillows, and a very clean room. A baby bed was even brought in for us. Very kind and helpful! Thank you.
Breakfast was great and had a great variety of food. Very clean and spacious hotel.
Nice hotel with good enough space for family. Parking is fee around the hotel on Street.
Ideal location for our needs. Close to a great selection of restaurants.
The location of this hotel is really good. It is not far from the lighthouse, the train station and the city hall. It is right by the sea, with nice views and many restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities are OK and the hygiene is OK. The only problem is that the toilet seat will fall off by itself when you put it on.

Excellent value and no charge for dogs
Nothing fancy with this hotel but reasonable rooms and staff are helpful. Good for basic stay or just an over nighter. Location is right by the town square. Had no problems finding parking. Right by restaurants and bars so plenty of places to go.
Very warm and spacious room with pleasant service. Lovely shower and balcony. Perfect for our family of 4 and comfortable beds. VERY HAPPY. I will be using the hotel again.
Inexpensive and good quality rooms for the travelers. Pet friendly, open doors at midnight, nice shower.
Good cheap place rite in the middle of all the shops food places and stunning buildings would stay again for defo
Does exactly what it says on the label. Bed comfortable enough and shower good and hot. Bathroom a little small and one of the lights didn't work, but at £85 for 3 nights it was OK. Didn't try food or coffee: no need as there are many good places within 100 metres of front door.

Excellent, central location, near to all the cafes, bars, restaurants and the square. Secure parking. Helpful attentive staff and modern, spacious rooms. Great variety of breakfast.
Location wise it was good, staff very helpful, very good breakfast, bed very comfy, downside, the hotel could do with a refresh, room was abit run down, but clean.
Lovely quirky old style hotel. Very convenient for all the restaurants and bars of Calais all within a few minutes walk without the hassle of driving and finding parking. Free Parking is right outside the front door of the Hotel as is a nice little Park for walking our dog. All in all good little hotel, great and friendly reception staff, hassle free parking and a few hundred metres from all the restaurants...
Functional hotel for city visits. Nice, clean, comfortable and convenient location. Staff were lovely and breakfast was nice and generous. Will definitely stay again. Although next to the station, it was surprisingly quiet.we recommend for Calais and surrounding visits for sure ☺️
A charming provincial hotel - unchanged for many years. Staff were lovely. Room was clean. Breakfast was Good - maybe they could add an omelette to the menu?
Comfortable hotel right next to the train station and only a few minutes to the city centre.
