History and Beauty Amboise is a lovely little town that really deserves to be visited and enjoyed. The hotel is a little out of the way, but easily served by Uber.

Super place to stop, we arrived later than expected and had planned to go for dinner in Amboise. However we ate in the hotel’s Italian restaurant, it was very well priced and lovely food, a bonus.

This is a great hotel for the price range. High standard of cleanliness. Good on site secure parking. Good breakfast Polite and professional staff. Practical location 10 - 15 mins drive from Amboise.

Great hotel to stay for a night to visit the chateaux in the area

I had a 3 night stay at Ibis Amboise with my wife for our honeymoon. The positives were that the location is a 5 min drive from the city center, and there were some shops and an amazing Boulanger around for breakfast. Check in was fast, room was clean, and there was a bathtub. The negatives were that the mattress were very thin, not the most comfortable, room space was pretty small, no mini fridge...

The turret room was exceptional. We felt like medieval royalty. Olivier and his staff were so welcoming. We had a lovely breakfast in front of the fire and were given a personal tour of the old aquarium cave and the new sauna and spa rooms. This stay was one of the highlights of our trip to France. The only thing missing was some sunshine.

The staff, especially Oliver, was very helpful in assisting for our local activities. And meeting the owner, and him sharing the vision of restoring the beautiful chateau makes me definitely wanna get back there in the future. Room was very clean as well, and simply walking throughout made me appreciate the place even more

A budget hotel on the outskirts of historic Amboise. Spent one night there on our way to the sea coast; very happy.

Good cheap option. There were 3 of us for one night. A little cramped but it served a purpose.

Outside the town centre. Everything works in this hotel. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Free carparking at premises. Overall stay is pleasant.

Everything was wonderful except that only instant coffee was available in the room. That’s not good enough. That said we are now at the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile and it’s just instant coffee in the room. Is this where France is headed?

Small, comfortable room, but fairly loud as it was on a busy street. However, it had a nice view of the river and was walking distance to the castle and Le Bois. Convenient for tourists. I did not have the breakfast.

We were upgraded to a larger room that was quite spacious. The room was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very kind and helpful.

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful little town. Parking was in a public lot and we were lucky to get a spot each time we came back with our car. The hotel itself is lovely, perfect location....close to everything you need in Amboise...dining, shopping, etc. The Amboise Chateau and Clos de Luce were within an easy walk. Staff was wonderful, very clean, highly recommend.

The room was excellent overall. I did not take in breakfast, but it looked tasty. The WiFi worked flawlessly. The location was very good and the room was quiet. When I return, Logis will be my first choice.

Room was comfortable, quiet and clean though furniture a bit dated. Very helpful staff. Soap dispensers at sink and in shower were difficult to use (required strong hands!).

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Amboise old city. We appreciated the breakfast buffet and communal fridge available for guests to use.

8am in the morning no one in the reception, main doors lock and no one process the check out, we need to catch the morning train, other guest also stuck suffering with no breakfasts. What’s an experience!

Unique Property The staff were very nice and accommodating. The property itself is rustic but clean. It was a very nice stay.

Ghislaine was super helpful!  Great rooms! Not in the centre of town but walkable if you don’t mind 20 minutes and a great location if you have a car and are using Amboise as a base for the region.

Away from the station. You are at the mercy of taxi drivers so you have no choice. We ask hotel to book taxi for us and we’re dropped off two hours before departure of our train. With 20 euros for two kms ride. Rooms are good. Be prepared to walk.

Lovely little place to rest and explore Amboise. Easy 15 - 20 mins walk into the centre of Amboise which the receptionist told us about without prompting. They also had a list of recommended restaurants for us to try which made it easy as first time visitors to the area.

A small but beautiful three-star hotel with good value for money, clean and comfortable. The room is relatively large, which is surprising, and the bed is comfortable. The decoration of the small reception hall is very artistic.

Stayed 4 nights in September. It was wonderful. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Loire Valley with many attractions only a short distance away. The chateau was clean, quaint, and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommend experiencing the on-site Michelin chef dinner.

Decided to stay in a chateau, this looked nice, felt pampered and has a lovely pool. This was a 8 minute taxi from the train station, we did walk to Amboise one day (and taxi back that night). Reception was very helpful, staff lovely, hotel was quiet and clean, breakfast buffet average, rooms beautiful but air conditioning could use a boost. The chateaux is amazing, the staff are very nice. Breakfast is good. The pool was amazing. The bed and room were extremely comfortable and we slept with the window open for a cool breeze all the way till morning.

The help at the hotel was great. So friendly and accommodating. He personally went out of his way to assist us in so many ways. 10/10 recommend.

This property exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful room and the staff were friendly and so helpful. My husband and I decided to eat dinner at the hotel and couldn’t have asked for a more magnificent meal. It was INCREDIBLE!!

Location wise, it’s close to the main attractions in town (Amboise) on foot and it’s calm. If you can’t walk well, take a room close to the entrance/parking. Ask for the little cart to move your luggage from the car to your room. Rooms are ok, some spacier than others, #306 for example. We had meals around 2 tables -inside - for 10 people… so you have space in that room. You get a dishwasher, microwave...

One night stay in Amoise was good with the stay at this hotel, although outdated Chateau from early 1900’s the hotel was very clean and had friendly staff, breakfast was good and not included in the price, although you may do better having it in the town with fresh pastries at the local cafes.

Hoteliers in Amboise are challenged by operating inside very old buildings. Our room (Room 8, Executive) was spacious but in an elongated rectangular shape, which caused placement of a love seat away from the bed and the safe/refrigerator/coffee maker inside the bathroom. Lovely property with beautiful room. Staff was warm and attentive to our questions and requests . Only complaint would be the room was very warm and we had to open the windows because the AC was off for the season.

Where to begin? We loved our stay for it’s charming sunlit residence and for the generosity of their service . Our hosts provided us with an exceptional breakfast each morning and an evening dinner cocktail in their garden , as well as guidance for restaurants . I felt lucky to be staying right here. Manoir du Parc is an exceptional hotel. It is a beautiful mansion with lovely high-ceilinged rooms and perfect French decor. It has a small private park and swimming pool. The owners, Gaelle and Bruno, are welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect—easy walking distance to the Loire and tourist center without the bustle.

Wonderful hotel/B&B. We were warmly welcomed into Madame’s home, which is beautifully decorated. Fantastic room and huge bathroom. The double bed was enormous and extremely comfortable. We had the six-course tasting menu and found the value for money to be excellent. At first, the portions looked small and we thought it might not be enough, but we ended up feeling completely satisfied and couldn’t even make it to dessert. Our bathroom was wonky, even by European standards. Breakfast was awesome. Dinner was pretty exotic and expensive. I would go back; the courtyard was gorgeous and parking was easy.

The room is fine and the bed is comfortable. The Terrance included in the room is a shared one with other rooms and all you can see is the freeway/road. Not much of anything. There are bugs flying into the room at night when the light is on with windows opened.

It's a small European hotel with cramped stairway, cramped shower, no lift and the locks are old fashion keys that s difficult to lock or open. It's clean, there is AC and internet so definitely worth a try for budget minded. Ask for a lower floor if you have heavy luggage, the stairs are narrow and steep. It was fine place for a budget hotel.

It’s certainly an experience and one you should try - unless the idea of sleeping in a pitch black cave, underground with no windows or light puts you off!! Yes It’s warm and it’s humid which is a bit off putting but does keep the dust down! The caves have been there for over 600 years so are pretty reliable and the owner is passionate about his home. Both unusual and disconcerting, sleeping in a cave is above all calming. The place opens onto a pretty garden on the banks of the Loire, a stone's throw from the town center of Amboise and its castles. I thank our hosts, welcoming and discreet, and the services offered, such as breakfast served directly in the loft and the massage service, very appreciated after a good day of walking. I recommend!

We went to celebrate our pre-Valentine's Day😀 in the loft which is cozy romantic far from the other rooms, perfect as we wanted. The setting is super nice, the swimming pool too and the owner of the gîte is a young man who wants it and who deserves to be known 😃😃. So make your reservations to enjoy this troglodyte cottage😄😄.

The idea of sleeping in a very old cave with little ventilation, no natural light and high humidity might not sound appealing to all but we definitely enjoyed it. The place is beautiful and so unique. Prepare for a damp and dimly lit atmosphere and if you are sensitive to the cold, make sure to bring a jumper as it's a cave so it is much cooler than outside. There are many troglodyte caves in this area of the Loire valley, which served as quarries back in the 15th century to provide the stone used in the local castles and churches. As dwellings, amenities such as electricity, ventilation, plumbing and toilets have to be retrofitted, which tests DIY talents, and nevertheless leaves a certain mustiness in the air given porous rock.
