Nicest access from Nantes rail station and convenient to hang out in Central area.Room is clean and multifunctional. Kind staff in front reception. All are Exceptional!

So far so good….but overall cleanliness is ok

Great room with lots of amenities including a small kitchenette. Ideally located right next to tram station and a short walk away from the city centre.

Stayed for 3 nights. On entering the room there was a notable smell. Tried putting water down the sink, shower and bath drains and flushing wc but smell was still there when we returned to the room later. Advised reception who recorded but no action taken that night. Advised reception again before leaving the hotel in the morning. Nothing was done while we were out all day. On return after checking...

Clean room, good bathroom. Adequate for short travel. Down below has nice cafe. Very attentive receptionist. No complain at all. Close to the sight seeing places, everywhere an achieve in walk.

The location is really good The furniture and the floor is old and the bed is quite small

Great for an overnight stop Perfect for one night to break up our journey back to the ferry. We needed somewhere with secure off road parking as we had bikes on the back of our van. This was ideal as it had a gate that was locked at night and you could park right near your apartment. Beds were very comfortable and nice spacious layout. My boys loved the bonus of the pool. A bit difficult to find but a nice location with all the amenities. Very quiet area and friendly staff, definitely worth a comeback. We realised that they also have a pool on the day we left. Would have been nice to use it on these weather.

Nice location have 500€ ready for a deposit no way around it..

A very calm place. The air is refreshing. If you have a vehicle connecting to other parts of the city shouldn't be difficult.

Good hotel, we'll located. However, a defect, typical in France, is a poorly designed bathroom, affords little privacy. The top half of the door is translucent..if one uses the bathroom at night, one illuminates the entire room.

The room was small but very comfortable and well appreciated. The staff were very helpful! Special thanks to Jeremy who provided coffee, company and advice on the area to my jet lagged partner in the wee hours

Excellent hotel! The decor is very modern, and all the furniture is from Maison du Monde. It's very clean, and the staff are super friendly. Plus, the location right in the city center is incredibly convenient.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Apartment was excellent as was the view from the windows. Lots of space to relax in and plenty surface area for cooking and serving dinner (nice big wooden table). Would have given it 5 stars (rather than 4) for amenities except we had difficulty operating the cooker (neither of us had used an induction hob before and didn’t know that we needed to match the pot...

Ideal for a city stroll. Everything nearby Good double glazing essential.

The room is big and in a good location. There is an ice cream shop across the street, but it is a bit close to the trash can and there are flies when you open the window.

We stayed at this B&B due to the location being in the centre of Nantes so we could enjoy an evening in the old city. The location was ideal and the underground parking was a very positive feature but it was extremely difficult to access the parking in a large car. Very good position and the room at fifth floor has a pleasant sight on the Square and receives a great sunlight. The bed is very comfortable.

We had a great stay here, loving having so many food and fun options within walking distance from us. The breakfast was well worth the about 12 euros each day, and the hotel provided hair care in the shower was a lifesaver. It's located a bit outside the city limits, and unlike other Campanile hotels, it was easy to charge for parking. The reception staff was a bit unfriendly, but the housekeeper was very friendly. The free weekend tram in Nantes made exploring the city convenient.

The hotel is nothing special, similar to most hotel in this range. Perfect room. Not very far from the city center and also from a shopping center. The only downside is no heating in the bathroom.
