Cozy, clean with friendly staff. I definitely recommend this hotel.
Great place to stay a few nights to visit the northern parts of the region. Free parking and comfortable rooms. Staff was very helpful when I showed up at 11 am taking care of me. Most hotels will have you go anyplace else to wait until check-in.

Nice place to stay, very clean. Although 2 small beds put together as a double sized bed, not the most comfortable, overall I recommend this place.
Nice and quite, friendly personal, better than average breakfast buffet. Good location. Park in "green" zone few streets away for lower price. Very close to the sea and centre. Several nice food options in the area

Stayed at this hotel in emergency circumstances. The staff were more than helpful and couldn’t thank them enough for making an unpleasant situation more accommodating and a pleasure to be within their company. Location is good. Close from train station. 5min walk. Team station is also very close from the hotel, 2min walk. Rooms & service are pretty much standard like other ibis. Breakfast spread is not bad.
Conveniently located, very good breakfast, clean rooms, friendly and helpful stuff. The kettle in my room caused a short circuit. Not only did they respond immediately to restore the power but also replaced the appliance at the middle of the night.

Nice atmosphere hotel, stayed on 2 separate occasions and would definitely visit again. On street parking is free from 17.30 to 9. Breakfast is a good selection of hot and cold items and the food is to a good standard in the restaurant. Recommended!
I stayed here one night waiting to join a vessel. I arrived before midnight. The reception was manned and the staff were good and helpful. The room is typical Ibis, small and adequate. The bed was super comfy and I got a great sleep. The WiFi was good and fast. The TV didn't work but that didn't bother me. The shower was good and the shower wash smelled good. The best recommendation about this hotel...

Nice people, great location, clean beds. Parking and so fantastic. Staff were so helpful and friendly.
Pretty good, just the price is quite high as a fee for a pet. Staff and service correct.
The room was spacious and the common areas were pleasant. The rooftop is ideal both in the evening for a drink and in the morning for breakfast. The staff is attentive and very friendly

Friendly and recent hotel located at the entrance to the city. A few steps from the bus and train station. Everything is done well on foot.
Good overall, good service despite the dust not being cleaned everywhere, on the other hand the location is not great, poorly signposted and worst of all the parking lot is too small because shared with the McDonald's and very tight spaces you are almost sure of yourself damage your vehicle

The hotel experience in itself was good. Nice and clean rooms. The staff was helpful, but we were really disappointment because they could’ve warned us about the parking. The paid parking next to the hotel seemed closed (around midnight) so we found a spot close by, where on Sundays there is a market. The signs indicating this were not very obvious, so our car got towed.
Its ok, my room was tiny, not enough room to swing a cat. Clean and tidy though. Staff are helpful and speak english. Try the Black Cafe next door, interesting clientele, strong french lager and a strong smell of cannabis
very friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, good windows, but was a bit noisy. The toilet was stinking abit, the room had no air conditioning, wasn't that bad because thr city cools down at night
very well located in downtown Le Havre near major sights. Rooms were small but very efficient and all the Best Western attributes. Good WIFI; refrigerator; good breakfast; staff was extremely helpful and accommodated my travel needs by making appointment for the COVID 19 test required to return to USA. Reservations easy to manage with Best Western Reservation or directly with the hotel. Five Stars...
We had a very lovely stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy, as was the hotel overall. The hotel has a very artistic character. We had the breakfast in the morning and there was a very good variety of fresh food and drinks. Would definitely recommend.

Good experience, good service, convenient location. I will go back.
A large comfortable room. However there is no AC and so a bit too warm even in May. Very clean and the breakfast was average. The owner is very nice and keeps up the hotel. My only complaint is parking. We were lucky to get parking on the street in front, but even then it was a bit of a lug to get our luggage in.
Thoroughly enjoyed my one night stay there. Was recommended a lical near by Taverna Palliett highly recomended. Down side the site says parking, this is on the roads with fees to pay at certain rimes.
Small, but good, budget hotel Hotel Carmin is a very basic, small hotel within walking distance of city centre and beach/marina areas. The service was friendly & pleasant, if somewhat limited due to language difficulties. I was staying for training for 2 weeks in small and cozy boutique hotel. Location is great, walk distance everwhere, to the city and to the beach. I felt very good, rooms where clean and nice.
