Very quiet hotel with limited office availability.

Breakfast is weak compared to other hotels in area.

Rooms are small with a fancy decotation.

Appart from the original lift, the art here is resumed to a nice wallpapers...

The location is very central.

I had an high expectation for a Best Western hotel.

I stayed here on October 28, 2025. The young male clerks at front desk are friendly and smiling ( of course, they are handsome French guys) either night and day. It’s our first to visit Normandie, and also a good memory. Thanks again.

Don’t book if you need secure parking
Specifically searched for secure parking in Le Havre, this hotel came up
No secure parking- on a motorcycle with luggage and the nearest secure parking was 2km away
Had to leave motorcycle on a side road
Not ideal

A birthday treat escape and a return visit to a favourite hotel Utterly amazing room with dual aspect and wrap around terrace with outdoor seating The most enormous bed , wonderful shower room, huge TV but not needed as the view was just so stunning Simply the best Great location, Near our favored restaurant too Everywhere was tip top clean Staff were amazing too Simply perfect

The crew were so kind and helpful especially the hotel booked in another location was horrific! The elevator made me laugh! The room would have beem rated better if the tv service was better, I loved the room actually. The views awesome! Bed very comfortable. Shower great!

The only real issue I had with the hotel was the key issue which needs to be resolved. And the autolights in the halls did not always respond leaving the halls very dark. Once that is sorted out this is a great little hotel!

Good rooms (not too large), decent breakfast, great location, some noise from neighbouring bars but definitely not excessive. Friendly staff.
Would recommend it.

Nice hotel in a good central position not far from teh Hotel de Ville and many shops. In front of my window there was the famous Vulcano Building of Le Havre. Breakfast was nice with a good quality coffe. The room was clean and spacious. Pretty doors.

Nice place in the heart of Le Havre. Good restaurants within easy walking distance and a nice waterfront nearby. We used the underground parking garage across the street. One caution -- if you're like us and day-tripping to other destinations, like Mont St. Michel, if you come back later at night, many of the roads will be closed for construction, necessitating agonizing guesswork in finding your way back. Ask the front desk for help prior to setting out.
