It was the most horrible experience, the kitchen is completely unsanitary, I would rather sleep on the street than stay here, I have more photos but I deliberately don't post them. Horrible management, horrible kitchen, horrible parking, 0/0 points
..

I will also give you an answer to your answer, yes, guests cannot enter the kitchen, that's why you have such a messy kitchen, guests cannot see it and you know that no one will ask you for an answer, if you are not satisfied with my answer, I will offer you many more photos. But you also know perfectly well what the situation is in the kitchen. And I saw your place on Instagram and booked it via text. This all happened in September. But I understand your position. You have a hard time admitting that you have such a dirty kitchen and your guests can't see it. It's a shame.

I’m visiting Wine space twice a year, when the season start and by fall since 2020 It’s cozy beautiful and comfortable atmosphere even for me. Thank you very much for hosting me, I’ve discovered region Racha from difference angle and completely loved it

From the moment I arrived the staff were warm, professional and ready to assist with anything I needed. The check-in process was smooth and quick and my room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and the genuine effort to make each guest feel welcome❤️❤️❤️

We booked this hotel for 3 nights to relax in nature, away from the city. We arrived in the evening and were welcomed by a polite manager who helped us carry our luggage to the tent. The view was beautiful, and the AC was working — at first glance, everything seemed fine. There were quite a few ants in the tent, but we expected that given the forest location. We were even ready for mosquitoes — but there weren’t any. The real nightmare started when it got dark and we turned on the lights: tiny flying insects were everywhere — the ceiling, walls, floor, our bed, and our luggage were covered with them. They were swarming around the ceiling light and constantly falling down. It was shocking. The manager moved us for the night to another “room” in the main building — no AC, two separate uncomfortable beds. That same evening, we clearly stated that we would not be staying the remaining two nights and planned to leave early the next day. We asked to be contacted first thing in the morning to avoid wasting time and to settle the payment for just one night. Despite that, no one reached out. From 7 AM to 10 AM we waited, but the manager said he couldn’t reach the owners. He also refused to give us their contact details and stopped communicating with us. Canceling the booking ourselves would’ve meant being charged for all 3 nights — we were trying to resolve this peacefully, but clearly the owners don’t care at all about their reputation or guest experience. In the end: wasted money, wasted time, ruined plans, and complete indifference from the owner. The view doesn’t make up for the horrible conditions or terrible service. We strongly advise against staying here!

Avoid this place — deeply disappointing in every way

We booked a 3-night stay here hoping to enjoy a peaceful nature retreat. At first, things looked promising: the view was lovely, the AC worked well, and the manager greeted us politely.

However, the tent was full of ants right from the start — not ideal, but understandable in a forest setting. We were mentally prepared for bugs, even mosquitoes. But what happened after dark was beyond anything we imagined.

Tiny winged insects filled the entire tent, swarming around the lights and falling all over the bed, floor, and our belongings. It felt like sleeping inside a hive.

The manager moved us to a stone room in the main building, calling it an “upgrade to a deluxe room” — but in reality, it had no air conditioning, terrible mattresses, and two separate beds, with neighbors right behind a thin door. This is not what we booked! Still, we were willing to pay for the one night we stayed. That same night, we informed them that we would be leaving in the morning and not staying the remaining two nights. We asked to be contacted in the morning to settle the payment promptly.

We waited from 7 to 10 AM, but no one got in touch. The manager claimed he couldn’t reach the owners, refused to share their contact details, and stopped communicating altogether.

Worst of all, they refused to refund us for the two nights we didn’t stay, despite being informed the night before. We were treated as if our experience and time meant nothing.

Don’t be fooled by the nice photos. The reality is poor hygiene, terrible service, and zero accountability. This place is not worth your money, time, or trust.

Positive
- Delicious food, particularly the chicken, corn bread and salad were very flavourful
- Small but cosy room, with nicely designed bathroom
- Nice view of the valley and cosy dining room

Negatives
- The road in front of the hotel is gravel and narrow, which makes it hard to park and out 4x4 kept getting stuck (we needed to push the car out repeatedly). They mentioned however that they are looking to improve the parking area.
- Prices for wine tasting and food are high and seem to be arbitrarily set, I.e. there is no menu with fixed prices.
- The wine glass portions were tiny, just about 1/4 full
- The water in the showers remains lukewarm
- The WiFi is slow and unreliable
- The quality of the service is unprofessional, despite knowing they have best intentions. For example, we were asked at what time we wanted to have dinner. We said whether it was possible to have it at 8pm, which was acknowledged. Then at 7.15pm they told us dinner was already ready. It turned out they did this as they had another commitment they had to attend to and left the hotel unattended.

Greed is what will bring this owner his downfall. Wine and food extremely expensive. Rooms also bad. Place beautiful and service does what they can. We arrived at this so-called winery. Only 1 bottle of white wine available for 70 gel,. Food expensive and little.. Double room was very Small bed too. But hey nice place so let's take everything for granted. Breakfast fine. No water the next day. Shower and toilet not usable. No compensation... only bills for *****e Prices. Most expensive food we have had so far and certainly not the tastiest. 300 gel for 4 people is really bizarrely much Our advice go eat at tchrebalo wine cellar (top wine for 30'gel) and find another place to sleep. Wine space is a nice place but unfortunately in the hands of people who do not understand how to do business in an honest and service-oriented way

The property was very special. It had personality, and was very cozy. The views were breathtaking. The hostess was amazing - sweet, always available for any questions, greeted us with homemade sparkling wine and smiles, and prepared an excellent home cooked breakfast. She even helped us freshly chop wood for the fireplace. We stayed in the Glamping dome and it surpassed all of our expectations. It offered all of the comfort of a conventional hotel room, with a unique feel. The town of Sadmeli is uniquely authentic. It is quiet, raw, and very relaxing - a refreshing escape from city life. The locals are some of the most welcoming and hospitable people we have met We will definitely be back and would highly recommend!

Beautiful place with brilliant view, very comfortable and cozy room, the food was delicious, also helpful and attentive stuff. The 100 years old house with awesome terrace. It is the best place to enjoy with yourself

Off the beaten track, away from people, noise. You in forest, over looking the valley. It’s a very basic stay, but comfortable! You connect with nature, it’s a comfy sleep with lots of space. Food is tasty and homey, breakfast is good, need a little work and it will be perfect!
