Pretty expensive for what you got. However the rooms were comfortable. I felt the meal was overpriced as were the rooms but we had a lovely stay there. It was also a great comfort to see signs to the guesthouse all the way from Etseri!!

I thought the cost was too much for what you get. The dinner was 28 lari and included some soup with eggplant, peppers, potatoes and tomatoes, then more soup with meat added, then tea, coffee and a biscuit. Not very impressive for 28 lari! Beautiful remote place with nice rooms and very Dirndln staff. We had a very nice time and the house dog is a great companion for hikes.

It's not really a boutique hotel. But the place is really wonderful and there are three wonderful ladies that runs the place. they can prepare you delicious breakfast and dinner.

I went on a solo trip in 2023 Nov. I could see snow on mountains when I reached at 5pm and it snowed whole night to have a best 2 days of my trip. Malkaz is a good host. Homely Food available on time. Offbeat location. Worth the visit and affordable price. I will visit in summer again to explore more.

Worm hosts and comfortable place

Super kind host, solid rooms and an amazing view. We had a rich breakfast which was included in the price. The shared bathroom is clean and so are the rooms.

The guesthouse is in a very beautiful location. Mountains and forests surround the house, animals feed on the slopes. One can hear bells tinkling and birds singing. The host is very kind and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. It was an authentic culture experience.

We had a new room with ensuite and the bed was super comfortable, the ensuite clean with a hot shower and the view from the room stunning. All five stars. Cannot fault the room we had. However the food at his guesthouse would get one star or maybe two tops. I would advice the owner to charge more and serve more, as it was very reasonably priced but way too small. Country vibes with the coolest views around - that's what this place gives. The rooms are clean, but often lack some chairs, tables for convenience, a kettle, for example. But the views are the most beautiful that you can imagine. The hosts are nice, sociable in Russian, English

I love this place, the owner is super nice and gave me girlfriens and my a room with amazing view on the mountain. The guest house is surrounded by grass so no building block the view. For my this was an amazing experience! Also awesome hikes in the area, so its chill not to take our big bagges on the mountain :) Enjoy georgia!
