Hotels in Mazeri

Loved our stay at this hotel. The personnel and the service is amazing. The food and wine is realy good, loved every bite of it. And the location- WOW!! You will have a fantastic view of the mountains just by opening the rooms door. Breathtaking! And of course, the perfect place to start your hiking day-trips from! There is a lot of options...

The valley is so beautifull and seting of the hotel idilic, Much better starting point for hiking or just walking than Mestia. The room was spacious, comfortable, loking like an Alpine chalet. With cold october nights the heating was perfect. House with the rooms is made of stones and wood, with an interesting decor in the dining room. There is a reproduction of Svani tower on the wall, the menu in...

The guest house of the Kakhiani family “USHBA” in the center of Mestia offers clean rooms with picturesque views. The guesthouse introduces you to indigenous food and provides lunch boxes for tracking tours. Friendly hosts add comfort to the environment designed to make you feel welcomed at home. The guesthouse can also provide: vehicles, tracking tours, horse riding opportunities, qualified guides...

Pretty expensive for what you got. However the rooms were comfortable. I felt the meal was overpriced as were the rooms but we had a lovely stay there. It was also a great comfort to see signs to the guesthouse all the way from Etseri!!

I thought the cost was too much for what you get. The dinner was 28 lari and included some soup with eggplant, peppers, potatoes and tomatoes, then more soup with meat added, then tea, coffee and a biscuit. Not very impressive for 28 lari! Bathroom is shared. Nice setting in the middle of nowhere. Nice porch to sit out on and read. Nice staff that speak English well. Nice dining room. Breakfast is...

Beautiful remote place with nice rooms and very Dirndln staff. We had a very nice time and the house dog is a great companion for hikes.

We spent 2 nights in this guesthouse and it was a real gift during our trip to Svaneti. Very warm and hospitable family who welcomes guests as if they were their own. The dinners were incredibly delicious - with traditional Svan dishes and a homely atmosphere. The terrace offers wonderful views of the mountains, Ushba is visible, there are beautiful waterfalls and opportunities for walks nearby. I...

Warm family, excellent location and all modern amenities in house. Great tours to Glaciers and the waterfalls. Definitely worth it.😊

It's not really a boutique hotel. But the place is really wonderful and there are three wonderful ladies that runs the place. they can prepare you delicious breakfast and dinner.

The kindest and welcoming guest house of the region. We were treated well, rooms were good, basic and neat. The food of Naria is super tasty. Would recommend to everyone who’s looking for an authentic experience. We also did a horse tour with them to the waterfalls, amazing experience! Thank you

I recently stayed at this guesthouse for the second time, and I am absolutely amazed! My first visit was in the summer, and I was so impressed that I couldn’t resist coming back in winter – and it was even more magical. The guesthouse offers breathtaking views of Ushba and the surrounding mountains. Waking up to this stunning scenery feels like something out of a dream, especially in winter when the...

You'll love visiting this place! 🏞️ The location is fantastic, with breathtaking views of Ushba, often called the 'Matterhorn of the Caucasus' for its iconic double summit 🏔️. The staff is incredibly welcoming and respectful 🫂, and the dishes, like kubdari, khachapuri, and more, are simply outstanding. Highly recommend for an unforgettable experience! 🍽️👌✨

The family show me the fresh spring with hiking, picked wild strawberries with me, and invited us to their house party to dance and drink with them. It was a good stay.

Warm families, very delicious homemade meals, you could see 2 mountains in the garden. Beautiful gardens, animals, orangic cheese, milk, yogurt, herbs, vegetables. You could enjoy local experiences with this family.

This was our first time at Ushba Hills and we had a great experience. The rooms were clean and had an amazing view. The garden and shared areas were beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfect for hikers, as the trail starts just a short walk away. The hosts are very kind and friendly. They always make sure their guests feel comfortable and welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would...

Amazing place with great views, comfortable rooms and very tasty food! Truly recommend!

Very clean and comfortable. They also serve delicious food.

This is an incredible guest house! Purely!! Very clean!!! The rooms are warm, comfortable, there is a shower, a toilet. And the view from the window!!! It's something. The house itself is wooden. Well-groomed territory, greenery, flowers. Convenient location for radial routes. Silence around. There is no civilization. Nearby there is a spring with mineral water. Separate dining room where you can order...

Outstanding location, beautiful views, beautiful rooms, delicious food... Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Worm hosts and comfortable place

Super kind host, solid rooms and an amazing view. We had a rich breakfast which was included in the price. The shared bathroom is clean and so are the rooms.

The guesthouse is in a very beautiful location. Mountains and forests surround the house, animals feed on the slopes. One can hear bells tinkling and birds singing. The host is very kind and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. It was an authentic culture experience.

We had a new room with ensuite and the bed was super comfortable, the ensuite clean with a hot shower and the view from the room stunning. All five stars. Cannot fault the room we had. However the food at his guesthouse would get one star or maybe two tops. I would advice the owner to charge more and serve more, as it was very reasonably priced but way too small. See pic for dinner, one small slice...

An incredibly beautiful place that you can never get enough of! Warm and friendly atmosphere with kind and welcoming hosts. Clean rooms and absolutely delicious food. Thank you for every single day spent with you! 🥰 The views from the hotel rooms are absolutely stunning!

Country vibes with the coolest views around - that's what this place gives. The rooms are clean, but often lack some chairs, tables for convenience, a kettle, for example. But the views are the most beautiful that you can imagine. The hosts are nice, sociable in Russian, English

I love this place, the owner is super nice and gave me girlfriens and my a room with amazing view on the mountain. The guest house is surrounded by grass so no building block the view. For my this was an amazing experience! Also awesome hikes in the area, so its chill not to take our big bagges on the mountain :) Enjoy georgia!

The views were absolutely stunning: majestic mountains surrounded by lush greenery. This place is highly recommended for anyone looking to spend a peaceful and relaxing vacation in the Mestia region. Mr. Maho, the owner of the guesthouse, is truly a gentleman. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Even though we don’t speak Georgian, he went out of his way to make sure we...

I went on a solo trip in 2023 Nov. I could see snow on mountains when I reached at 5pm and it snowed whole night to have a best 2 days of my trip. Malkaz is a good host. Homely Food available on time. Offbeat location. Worth the visit and affordable price. I will visit in summer again to explore more.

Amazing beauty of the mountains around, good friendly talks with Malkhaz, tasty home-style food. Nice guest house where you see that the owner cares and wants to develop it further. Great talks about Svaneti, Georgia, life :) I will certainly come again! Thank you, Malkhaz!

Best guest house we had in Georgia. The hosts are very friendly nice (and make a very good wine), the food is great and the accommodations are very cozy. On the top of everything, the price is also fair. Highly recommended!

We stayed 4 nights here and had a wonderful time. Great location to do day hike or take some rest. The home-cooked food was very delicious and the owner family has been very caring. Definitely recommended.

An ideal place to experience the spirit of the Svans. A stern but kind owner will share the history of the people and the region. Incredible views, clean air, delicious spring water. The hostess cooks beautifully, the food is homemade and is very uplifting after a walk. There are many trekking routes nearby, to a waterfall, a glacier and more. There is also a colossal amount of mushrooms in the vicinity...
