Seems that hotel usey to be very well designed and constructed but with time not maintened. Rain dripping water at the very entrance is actual evidence of this. Rooms here are nice large and well equipped but again, water tap was out of order, the celaning of the bathroom was extremely poor. To say nothing of the towels which were omitted in my room. The season is low so it feels that everything is...

Well, taking into consideration the place and the conditions were is located, services and facilities aren't so bad 😊. Bed was comfortable and the room at 5th floor cosy... the only negative point was the breakfast starting to late which I didn't have the opportunity to try... communication in English is also a challenge but in the end you make yourself understand...

The best option in Poti. Good location near to the beach. The staff is very kind, if you are a tourist they will help you to organize your time in the area. Recommended !

We did the "1.5-2" hr boat ride, paid 250 lari for 2 people. The trip was total 1 hr 20 minutes. Not really worth the money. Nice scenery but nothing close to Amazon. Wouldn't recommend..

Great place to go on sunny days. Definitely take a boat trip, it's 1h45m! They do two stops in different places, you may walk a bit there. Really nice experience and very friendly staff.

15 of us, we hired a boat, the captain was very friendly and chatty. The trip took about us 2hrs including a 30min break in the woods. I recommended taking a mosquito repellent and some snacks. Easy free parking, plenty of space, overall a very enjoyable trip and good value. Up to 7 people you can take a speedboat for a faster trip and more places to visit.

What an amazing experience. Our boat guide luka was incredibly skilled. We saw some amazing views, highly recommend getting the full package of both lakes and the river. Definitely call and reserve the boat beforehand. The guide recommended getting a sunset excursion if the weather is nicez sunset is amazing on the lake apparently. You can bring snacks as there is a little stop on one of the islands...

It's worth the entrance fee of 200 gel for 2 pax. The speedboat ride lasts about 2 hours, and on the drive, you get to see fringes of the natural forestation and wildlife. 2 stops along the way.

People here are very kind and smiling , rooms are big and you have a little balcony where to sit for yourself, just on the back there is the sea, it is a location that I guess still do develop a bit , maybe it will become like the other part of the coast , at the moment you can see it is kind of empty place , we didn't eat here but you have the chance if you need it there is a big garden with barbecue...

The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The food was simple but delicious, the wine, too. I highly recommend this place. The garden is very nice, with hammocks, possiilities for bbq, an equipped kitchen and a place for bonfires. Rooms are good with a nice bathroom. My daughter and I had a wonderful vacation at this hotel. A quiet (!!!), cozy place, with a pristine beach (cleaned every morning), and the house is located right on the seashore. The on-site cafe, by the picturesque pond, deserves special mention. You can come here just for a tasty and safe meal – all the ingredients are fresh, and the staff are amazing cooks! The hotel is middle class. Ordinary rooms, first line to the sea. Exit directly to the beach. The price for a double room is 50 Larry. On average, the price is 70-100 Larry. It's not expensive. Luxury hotels are here up to 220-300 Larry. Sandy beach (black magnetic sand). The sea is clean. The air is fresh, the food is tasty, people are hospitable.

Well ... Not really. I like everything else in Georgia outside this place. Maybe something will change. Let's say a deep commune.

In contrast to the reviews I found it good, right on the empty beach. Room was normally clean, with air conditioning and balcony for smoker. Very nice owner and employees. The food was great. I want to come back.

Thank you so much for a great stay !!! We liked everything !!! Very friendly and helpful owner! The location is very convenient, everything is nearby. 10 minutes to the embankment and the beach, 15 minutes to the market. Clean and very comfortable house! There is always order in the yard. Highly recommend

Very good location of the house, close to the sea. Not probable nature around and many interesting places that I visited while on vacation. The owners of the house are lovely. The house has all the amenities for living. I can advise this house, you will not regret it. ❤️❤️
