The hotel is 5 min walking distance from the botanical garden and Dadiani palace. It has very beautiful yeard and spacious rooms. The hotel had every essential amenity for our stay. Many thanks to our host for being very comfortable and having such a beautiful business run by herself

The hotel is just lovely, especially room #4 with the big balcony (with flowers) overlooking the town. Don't choose the huge 45sqm room, as it's just on the noisy, unspectacular road and has a tiny (no sitting) balcony. The owner was just wonderful and made us a great breakfast. This is a wonderfully quaint hotel in the center of Zugdidi. Near the palace and botanical gardens. The family that runs it are very special people! Generous and kind! The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. But the family run spirit here is something I will never forget. I recommend this place for everyone!

Hotel is very cute and clean. Our room was huge and very nice looking. Bed was really comfortable and we had an amazing sleep. Location is great too, only few minutes walk to Dadiani palace. Owner is very nice and helpful. She found us a driver to go to Mestia the next day.

When we arive nobody was home. We have to call them from georgian simcard to reach them. They said 10 minutes and it was like they said. The owners don't speak English, only Russian. Rooms are ok, bed is comfortable. The main reason for 3 stars is breakfest. Really poor breakfest, the worst in Georgia so far. One more negative thing, so many dogs outside barking at night.
