We had a super stay here, very friendly owners and team. The food is fantastic, we will come again.

Great location near center, you can walk to anywhere on foot basically. Company booked 2 rooms for my coworker and I and only I got the key from the key box, because they told him a wrong PIN code, so I blame the hotel for me having a bad night and not him and his terrible sleeping habits. We arrived late at night, so nobody was at the reception anymore. He got compensated with a free dinner.
Rooms are “cleaned” every day, but it’s just maids opening the curtains, make the bed and rearrange the towels, they don’t even change them, pretty sure mine was changed on my last day, otherwise they kept being wet from the day before and there’s a thick layer of dust under the bed.
Breakfast lacks variety, but at least the eggs were made well.
Walls felt paper thin, you can clearly hear people talking in the halls and I also heard my neighbor's alarms go off.

The hotel was booked through Booking. The day before arrival, we were informed that the hotel's restaurant was not open and that there was no breakfast. There was breakfast, but the restaurant was closed. Neither room was tidied. That was forgotten one day. We stayed there for two nights in total. In one room, rain came in from the ceiling during the night. There is no elevator. We had to lug our suitcases up 58 steps. We will never stay here again. I don't know what it gets three stars for. I think the hotel is a guesthouse. But nothing more.

Convenient hotel close to city center. Very nice staff, simple but clean room. No need to have more for one night.
Breakfast should have more choice for a better global rating.

Very clean room and spacious bathroom for such a small single room. The location is excellent and close to the city center and VW Autostadt, within walking distance. The breakfast was very good. And the staff were so nice. It’s more like a home than an hotel. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel well located in the center of the city. Nice and helpful owners. Clean room well equipped. Competitive price.

The hotel in general is situated in a great spot . The room looked very organized and luxurious for the price.
Despite COVID-19 they went the extra mile to insure guests were provided with breakfast and any other amenities they asked for. The staff is amazing, super helpful and nice . I would highly recommend it
