Absolutely unacceptable! We stayed here quite some time ago. Hotel has completely changed. Never again! No parking, no service. Self check in only. No elevator. Nothing. Bathrooms from the 1980s.

Modern Italian restaurant with a very friendly english speaking service. Been there a few times and was never disappointed by the food or the cocktails. Highly recommended!!

I didn't like the hotel very much, there are some issues:
There are no tram stations nearby and it takes a long time to get to the city center, rooms are nice and comfortable, but prices are the same as 4 stars hotel downtown. The worst thing is the service, only one girl in the reception was nice, the other one got angry just because we asked for hell to get us a cab.

Pretty poor! Trying to be shabby chic- reality shabby. No iron. Over 350 euros! No power point in bathroom & poor lighting.

At 10.08. we celebrated the Enrolment of our daughter in the Hotel Viva Creativo. It was a very successful day.
The reception afterwards. Aperitif on the terrace in the sunshine, relaxed children who were able to walk around in the garden, then came an incredibly great table with a super beautiful and delicious decoration (the Large and the Small on your costs.... Eßpapier, Wine gums, Mini-school bags, just great!), super delicious and high quality food, relaxed atmosphere, friendly and unobtrusive Service.
Easy class. It was really perfect. Thank you! Today our guests to call us and rave about this great Location.
I'd already time for the confirmation ( probably 2021....) make a reservation! :-)

Always friendly staff, clean and sufficiently large room (Mediterranean), super Breakfast next door in the Restaurant "La Vivezza" (different kinds of sausages and cheese, Cornflakes, two varieties of scrambled eggs, sausages, lactose-free milk and "Sandwich 2 go") and Parking directly in front of the door.
Absolute Recommendation!
Who wants to go out to eat you should definitely try the Greeks" Minoas". A very good and worthy Alternative to the "La Vivezza".

Nice ambience, especially the new Bar area is appealing. The rooms are original however, you have to look in terms of functionality, what room you get.
The rooms are very noisy, very annoying, the rooms are therefore on the Corridor!
Overall, a renovation is certainly needed.
The bathrooms are very small.
4 stars, however, are overvalued, and the price is a little too high.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
The Breakfast is ok.
The prices in the Restaurant I find a little too high.
The rooms are very noisy, very annoying, the rooms are therefore on the Corridor!

Mediterranean-style Hotel with nice staff. No high-rise flair but, rather, familial Flair. Cute and cozy atmosphere with a great Restaurant next door. The location is Central and surrounded on the outer edge of Hanover from pastures and lots of Green. Top and always happy!

Perfect Wedding Celebration!
We had on 23. July our wedding celebration in the Hotel Viva Creativo with up to 40 guests.
The Restaurant has been converted into a dream Location. The terrace was perfect to sit outside and toast.
Both in the preparation as well as in the implementation of the wedding, with all the planned activities, the Service was great. Everything was perfectly prepared, we were completely fulfills all wishes. Friendliness and professionalism of the staff were absolutely perfect. A very special praise once again to the friendly and attentive Team at the Restaurant. We have received from our guests, without exception, positive Feedback.
The food was sensational. Even the most spoiled guests were thrilled.
