The real disappointing part is when I come to the hotel next day to question what's all this about. The receptionist is accusing me that it is my mistake. Below are the sayings of the receptionist and of course my arguments to his non-logic saying:
1. Hotel didn't have my email, that's why I did not get the check-in code.
I booked this hotel via Der Hotel agency, so basically you are saying when guest books your room, if it is from some agency, then guest cannot get the code to check in? you must be joking right?
2. It is my problem or my phone's problem, that's why hotel did not get my call.
Hilarious. Unfortunately, I had solid proof there is nothing wrong with my phone. At the exact same time, I called another hotel (because I got screwed here) and they answered my call. So simple logic here, A+B=NOK; A+C=OK, then how dare you say it is A causing the issue? Please take some basic logic lessons, many thanks.
3. The attitude of the receptionist is quite interesting. He/she tried to give me a lecture how I should contact hotel etc. like I am in somewhat kindergarten.
Just FYI, I finished my Diplom education here in Germany. And I have been in ca. 25 countries and countless cities. So thanks, but I don't think I need advice from your side.
PS: I canceled my reservation of your hotel in the coming week. And I'll also send a mail regarding this case to all of my colleagues as an alarm. You are welcome:)
Staff were pleasant. Only thing was that there was no mini fridge in the room. The room was cleaning well everyday whilst we were out.
1. The service staff in the breakfast restaurant could be more cheerful and not always grumpy faced
2. in all my 3 stays I could not get a simple tomato ketchup during the morning breakfast. I do not think it is so difficult to organize the same.
