Rooms are a little bit outdated. The furniture showed signs of wear. However the bedding was clean and the breakfast was good.

Amazing Stay at Hotel Fortuna We had an Amazing weeklong stay at Hotel Fortuna. Room was very comfortable, Breakfast was plentiful and delicious; and the Staff was helpful and very supportive. The Desk Host Receptionist was Wonderful ~O'orhah?! She helped us with Everything, logistics, taxis, food delivery etc... We Loved It, and will be back for our next family trip in February 2026.

Good hospitality and friendly service. Privacy fairly well respected (cleaning staff entered my room regardless of DND sign, etc.). Good public transit. To retain the 4-stars of Prestige some upgrade is required.

Overall it's alright, it's close to the station.

One minor point: the bed frame is too high, when you sit on/step out the bed, due to mattress softness, thigh "hurt" ..

A really cool new hotel, nice lounge with drinks and a vending machine. Billiards... good breakfast. The rooms are quite small, but the bunk beds make optimal use of the space.

The service was excellent, parking was convenient, and the room was comfortable. However, the table was too small, and breakfast only included cold dishes, not hot food, and no fried eggs were served.

Very clean rooms and interesting decoration. We, as a family of three, liked the hotel very much. Location was very close to train station and there was an open air concert for city festival nearby but no noise in the room thanks to very well isolated windows.

Great hotel to stay at. We booked 4 double rooms with no problems at all. Staff were pleasant. Only thing was that there was no mini fridge in the room. The room was cleaning well everyday whilst we were out.

The last of our scenic visits. The hotel is considered out of town due to its location. You can't get enough of bird chirping and the sound of leaves in the windy weather. The modern interior, the rich variety of breakfast, the pool and the view are satisfying. The staff is elegant and polite. The food is quite delicious. A phone is not enough, be sure to bring a camera.

Our stay at the hotel was perfect. The room was clean and well decorated (also the designer did a poor job at adding birds to a tree poster...). The shower was beautiful and the view on the city great day and night. The spa gives a view on an infinity pool that is heated. The masseuse was friendly as well as the rest of the staff. Great staff, breakfast and restaurant. From the latter, I recommend the Wildschwein dish. The view from the mountain is beautiful. The spa doesn't have many options. It is definitely not a highlight. At least during corona times.

There was no WIFI signal in the room at all, and I went to the front desk several times to no avail. No hot water supply for drinking. The front desk got off work at 10 o'clock. I was late and couldn't enter the hotel and couldn't check in. Will not stay again in the future.

The hotel is newer, the rooms are large, and there is a small kitchen and dishwasher in the room. You can cook simple meals by yourself. There are several supermarkets in the surrounding area and it is very close to the train station. It is only 600 meters away from the back of the train station.

Check in was horrible. Doors locked, no one there to let us in. Had to ask someone around the corner who I guess ended up being a worker and let us in. So not professional

Very comfy hotel with plenty of on-site parking. The beds at this hotel were the most comfortable of our three week trip, they have a delightful dense springiness and are well made with comfortable linens and pillows. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and we loved how sturdy and safe the bunk beds felt. The location was great for us, we visited some of the local castles and did some hiking, as well...

As we (me and my wife) were traveling with 3 kids (ages 6, 5 and 1) we decided to book a family room in the In Laisen Hotel so we could split the journey in two days. During this short business trip to Europe, I stayed at the best hotel. It was excellent, and the service was great. The only thing I wish was that they had a thin blanket.

Nicely renovated and stylish place to stay. Staff is friendly and keen to help, breakfast is outstanding! The hotel is situated just a short walk from the city center. The rooms are quite small, but leave nothing to be desired. Parking lot is also rather narrow. All in all great value for money!

Check in was a breeze. As an American who only speaks some German, the concierge was extremely helpful, and even upped my room to a dopplezimmer because of my height (much appreciated). 11/10, will stay again if in the area
