The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in resolving issues. The morning breakfast was great with a good range of options. Overall pleasant experience with the stay.

The room was spacious, and the door to the child's single bed closed halfway. The view from the window was beautiful. There was no air conditioning, so summer nights weren't hot, but rather chilly. The curtains couldn't be closed at night, so they were closed with iron bars, which kept the heat in and blocked out the light.
There was no refrigerator, but there was a kettle. The front desk was very helpful, and they gave us a free attraction pass. The hotel also offers dinner, but be sure to book in advance if you want a window-side table. There's also a swimming pool and a play area for children. Parking is free on the hotel terrace (though there are only about six spaces), but there's a fee for the underground garage (the cost is unclear).

Great place to Stay.
Only challenge was the location. Especially, if you do not travel by a car, it could be challenging walking a steep long way. It is still good workout though.
Loved that pool time, the staffs were very helpful and friendly. Food was good and room was beautiful. What a view!

The service staff were particularly warm, friendly and helpful, and introduced us to nearby attractions in detail.
However, the elevator is not directly accessible, and you have to walk half a flight of stairs, which is a bit hard.

Absolutely wonderful rooms and views. Most if not all service staff are multilingual. Probably THE best, Best Western you'll ever encounter. Rooms are spacious and appear to be maintained very well. Large, in-room bathroom with a bathtub. On-site restaurant and bar with a magnificent view of Triberg. Conveniently located near many attractions and access to public transportation.
Upon check-in, you will receive a guest pass that entitles you to unlimited, free fare on public transportation and admission to many area attractions.
The on-site restaurant offers dishes for any dietary restrictions, namely vegetarian options.
If you're not quite up for eating in the restaurant, room service is available!

Very nice hotel in the heart of Triberg. The smallest room is still very big. Nice view.Nice location. Near waterfall.
