Clean and nicely appointed accommodation. Location is great and just a short walk to downtown. Hotel staff was warm and welcoming.

Very comfortable room with a delightful enclosed sunroom balcony looking out over the village and the hills, including distant mountains. Very convenient for walking around Triberg and some local restaurants and also for driving to local sights and a couple that were not-so-local.

My wife and I stayed at this lovely hotel for a week in June. It is in one of the best locations possible. It is very close and just a short easy walk to Triberg falls (the main attraction in town) and it is super close to the main downtown area. We had a very good experience, more so because of the amazing host who greeted us! We arrived late to Triberg, and to our surprise, the host picked us up from the station via his luxury car, making two turns for a group of 5 people. An excellent place to stay at in this small town. Cozy rooms, food at breakfasts is great, good location. Special thanks to the staff, extremely helpful! After a hard day of cycling the Krone was a welcome rest are. Very nice clean, spacious rooms, quite and peaceful area, only the cows in the fields around you, farming area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful dinner in the dinning room. The following morning we had a very good German breakfast with plenty of choice to keep you going on the hills.

We spent a night here coming back from a recent trip. Loved it. It was so quiet in the valley and the facilities were very clean and modern. The rooms are modern, very clean and have everything one needs. There was a desk with two chairs, a closet and even a small balcony. The staff was extremely friendly and we were able to work in the newly created open work space. Breakfast is decent, not huge but nice options and everything was tasty.

The hotels location is perfect. Its clean. In checking however took us more than half an hour. I would suggest to also have an option to check in at the main desk. This would be way more customer friendly

The hotel is new and the rooms are spacious with a modern design. The staff are friendly and the parking fee is reasonable. The hotel is surrounded by lawns, which makes for a pleasant environment, though there don't seem to be any shopping areas or restaurants nearby.

This hotel is an art of challet. Was quite. No elevator should be noticed. Breakfast was very good. Clean and good choices.

The office was closed when we arrived during the stated check in times, but we were able to ring the residence of the hotel manager. One of the rooms did not have towels, and the bed linens were not clean. The breakfast was superb! Overall, the place is very quaint and homey.

Third time at this hotel, third time enjoying a perfect stay: Friendly staff, clean and functional room, great food (lots of delicious choices for dinner, excellent a d rich breakfast buffet).

I stumbled upon Sombea during a trip through Southern Germany, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. The staff is helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the restaurant is delicious. If I find that my travels take be back to the Schwarzwald, I will be staying at Sombea again.

A quiet, fairly residential location meant we weren't quite sure what to expect from this hotel. We were delighted. The room was the usual size but well appointed with a great powerful shower and unusually a heat lamp to help you stay cosy while getting dried! We ate in the restaurant and the food was enjoyable. Breakfast had a good selection of items too. We used the garage to park our cycles...

At reception, it took 20 minutes to manually record other information, such as home and business addresses, after I handed over my ID card. Perhaps if the employee didn't have such long artificial nails and a bit more common sense, things would have been much better. The internet in the restaurant was down, which made everything even more complicated. Sorry, but I wanted to stay at the Oeschberhof...

Everything was perfect: room, breakfast, host mixed in a very pleasant stay. location is placed in a quiet village and Freiburg is so easy to reach

Great breakfast! Gym is very good with "smith" machine, bench press, heavy dumbells and pull over. Excellent for strenght training. Keep it good please! And let it open 24h. Only lowlight is lack of air conditioning. On summer time must be hard. Everything else was excellent.

Familiar hotel with kind people helping you with all your needs. The room was new and clean, the food at restaurant was really good. We stayed just one night so we could not use all the services offered, like the Sauna or the Gym. Better stay in the area!

This is a family run hotel and so they try to make it more comfortable for the guests. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. This is located at the perfect location for those seeking a break from the city. small town with vineyards and just close to the Black Forest. Breakfast was decent. For those renting a car - Good news - parking is free.

Good location, Small but nice rooms. Breakfast is o.k. but if more people are at breakfast at the same time, it is quite difficult to move in the small breakfast corner :-(. Downside - I am waiting for over 2 weeks for an invoice that I need, but did not receive it. Excuse: the computer has a problem?!?

Landhotel zum Pflug is a traditional hotel with a modern interior which is ideally situated for exploring the nearby Black Forest and the surrounding area. The rooms are comfortable with modern bathrooms. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and the service is very friendly and, at the same time, very professional. There is free private parking outside the hotel.

We turned up at 5:00pm on a motorcycle and booked a room unannounced. Lovely room, lovely family hotel, great evening meal and breakfast. Highly recommend. The rooms are new and very clean with lovely fixtures and fittings. Lift, minibar in the hall, kettle and coffee in the hall.

I rarely give a 5 to anyone. What you see presented in their website is EXACTLY what you get. Typical Alt-Deutsche design but modernized with great taste. Cuisine is wonderfully presented with friendly service. Very comfortable. You get what you pay for here. Very good value for your €uro. I've been here many times and they consistently render the highest service, quality and cleanliness.

Good basic hotel across from the train station in Titisee. Free parking was helpful, and it was in walking distance to the Badeparadis. The included breakfast was good and well stocked. Note that there are rooms on the fourth floor and there is no lift, so that can be a slog. The rooms are traditional and a bit beaten around the edges, but fine — the only thing we missed were curtains for the window...

The location is great, right at the entrance to the forest zipline climb. My four-person room was large and comfortable, new and clean, though the amenities were limited. Because I arrived at the hotel around 6 PM, there were no staff left; it was self-check-in. However, the staff I met the next morning were all very friendly. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but I found it delicious.

Great stay but way too complicated for check in and getting a Konos card (we never got one). The breakfast door was locked and folks were trying to figure out how to get in, and only entered when someone left. Rooms are great for families.

Unfortunately we had a lot of problems with the check-in. It's an automated check in and when the system encountered problems, we had to make so many calls to fix the check in problems, and again lots of calls to get the right codes for the room. One should be prepared to have a phone & enough battery so you can make phone calls as there is no reception for check in. Also this happened to us around...

We really loved this place. Excellent breakfast and dinner, close to the station and only a short walk from the Titisee. But what is really outstanding? The service. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was truly fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from start to finish, making us feel well taken care of. We opted for the five-course menu, and every dish was not only absolutely delicious but also beautifully presented. A wonderful dining experience that we’ll remember!

Although I arrived a little before the official check-in, I was able to move into my room. Like the rest of the hotel, it was modern. rooms are big but very bare, concrete floors, no mats or carpet in -0 celsius not comfortable, the heat shut off many times so it always felt cold when we showered, unless you request everyday via I pad the room will not be made and the towels will not be replaced, very spotty internet.Very good breakfast and food in general, great bakery next door.Parking near hotel is not free

The Hotel is perfect to reach via Train since it is wihtin the Train Station. Also it is calm around and one Cannot hear the Trains in the rooms. The bathroom is spacious and equipped. Overall We really enjoyed the stay With complimentary breakfast.
