Best in Amorbach This was a stay for our family in Amorbach where my wife’s grandma lived! Great hotel and awesome location!

A quality updated hotel in a well preserved Bavarian town. Jr. suite was fabulous…no complaints. Front desk Erica was beyond helpful…a gem! Breakfast buffet outstanding. Only complaint is that there is no longer a dinner restaurant.

Beautiful natural rural setting off the beaten path which is just what we were looking for. Nature paths with farm animals within view, berries, apple orchards, and German handcrafts on display. Breakfast was wonderful and the woman who served breakfast was kind and polite.

The rooms are rustical, extremely clean, with black-out courtains (for me a crucial point to get a great night sleep). Breakfast service is great, sufficient variaty. Nice, cozy place, on a hill, a bit outside the main village. Perfect to relax but also for business people. The restaurant of the hotel is simply delicious and personnel is simply highly professional.

This hotel is in the middle of the old town. The staff are friendly and helpful. My room was small but it was just for an overnight stay so perfectly adequate and it was new and clean. The bathroom was reasonably spacious. Breakfast was varied and included hot food. There is a secure space for bicycles but I don't know about parking for cars. Loved it. We had the one room with an infrared cabin (dry sauna). We spent a great spa weekend here. People are friendly, the breakfast is great and quite varied. Make sure to let them know in advance if you're arriving after 6pm. Parking isn't included but the nearby 5-euro-a-day Altstadt-Parking isn't too horrible if you're in town briefly.

The hotel in general was very clean. The room was very clean,comfortable, spacious, the bed was very comfortable as was both arm chairs where you could easy relax. Negatives, the room lacking tea and coffee facilities and we didn't like the sliding glass door leading to the bathroom, as when the bathroom was in use during the night light floods into the bedroom. Everything was perfect. The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle but is within short walking distance of the main street. The room was quiet, spacious, clean and recently modernized. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant served excellent dishes and the service was most efficient.

Not bad for an overnight stay. A little out of the center and the car park is tricky to find. Rooms were clean enough if a little dated and the service on reception was a little blunt but that’s okay. Absolutely fine for the price we paid and wouldn’t expect much more.

It was a little dated but clean. Not particularly convenient location as not really in the city center. The restaurant was not running on monday night nor were most places in the city. No fridge or coffee maker/hot pot.

Haus Irene is a super cute family-owned hotel. It is in a very nice location, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is small but nice and there are nice lounge areas inside and in the garden. Thanks to the extremely nice staff, it almost feels like you're visiting friends. Highly Recommended.

Nice place in the middle of a beautiful landscape

The Location view and hotel itself are nice, but the service and the breakfast are not worth what we pay for.

Very good accommodation, located just outside of Wertheim. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only drawback is that the rooms are accessed via stairs. But maybe I didn't look closely. But both the breakfast and the bed were very good. We will definitely come back.

The hotel is about 10 minutes from the old town. Quiet location, big car park, not noisy. Rooms are a good size, clean, aircon for the hot days. We had room 14, balcony just above the entry way into the residence area. You can open the window if you wish. Nach einer langen Radtour im strömendem Regen wurde ich von Valentina sehr freundlich empfangen und mit einem großen Zimmer belohnt. Glücklicherweise hat bereits die Heizung im Bad funktioniert, so dass ich meine völlig durchnässten Sachen trocknen konnte.

Mir hat die kominikation gut gefallen. Einfache und sauber Abwicklung. Vertrauens würdiges rüber kommen.

Die Lage, das freundliche Personal und das Frühstück

Right in the centre of the historical part of Wertheim. Room was comfortable and cosy, quiet. WIFI was working great. I was asked what I wanted for breakfast the next day, and it was all there when I arrived. I could order more from a menu, it was all included.

This is a guesthouse and restaurant run by a mother and daughter from Ukraine. The mother doesn't speak English, so the daughter handles all communication. There are a total of 5 rooms, and the numerous doors and stairs make it easy to get lost if you have a bad memory. The prices seem higher because it's close to the booking date, and the restaurant stays open very late; many locals are drinking there...

Start of the Romantic Road trip Nice little hotel in the heart of Wertheim's old town. Good breakfast in the cafe opposite, really just a few steps from the hotel.

Spacious attic room with hot strong shower. Good coffee machine. Comfy bed. Complete silence in the room was very refreshing. WiFi signal was very weak, but that was the only problem.

Many thanks to the team of the hotel Siegfreidbrunnen for welcoming the participants of the Summer School of the EU MSCA project CLOUD-DOC! The Summer School was of great success. What a magical place! I can truly not say enough about how excellent my stay at the Siegfried Brunnen hotel in Grasellenbach was. The staff were all very kind and attentive. Most of them spoke English which was great for me, because my German is nien. The location is stunning in the beautiful Odenwald. We were here mid-week for coffee and cake. We had been here before and I felt that their selection of cakes was less than several years ago. The quality of their cakes is good and I would have enjoyed it more if the service had been little friendlier. There was only one other couple in the cafe at the time we entered.

Very helpful staff, when they are available. The staff are gone in the evening, as the hotel has no dinner available. The trouble is that the other 2 dining places in this town were fully occupied, so we had to get in a car and go neighbouring towns to get some food... The hotel has a good cakes selection. WiFi is not great, but usable. The rooms could use some renovation.

Freindly, outstanding cafe, lovely breakfast. The rooms are a bit 70s, (I actually liked that) but lacked for nothing, and to be honest, as a walker mine was perfect and actually very atmospheric. Nice place. And the bread rolls - heaven!

Stayed for the night during a multi-day car trip. My experiences are limited to checking in, taking a shower and sleeping. The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and clean. The hotel employee spoke good English and was helpful. I would absolutely come back again.

We stayed in the hotel just to rest overnight on our travels. The room was lovely, easy self check-in machine, parking €5. McDonald's opposite to the hotel. The staff was really friendly. The only problem was that the room was little warm, we slept with open windows. Beautiful surroundings.

Durch das vorzeitige einchecken um 9.00Uhr hatten wir den ganzen Tag zu unserer Verfügung. Übernachtung und Frühstück waren OK.

No cleaning or towel service on all three days. The elevator was out of service. No toilet paper on the third day. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Unfortunately, all the egg dishes were served without a chafing dish, so they were somewhere between lukewarm and cold!

Great place to stay and not too far to walk to the pubs near the old bishop's castle. Had a great time in aschaffenburg and made friends with some locals who had so many interesting stories about the history of this area.

Business stay The overall hotel looks great! However the room given must have been an older one as it looked nothing like the images that had incited me to book 2 rooms for. Business trip. Actually smelt old. Bathroom though had been modernised with a wet room and was great. Staff were excellent. Didn't have a steam iron! Just dry irons which meant I had to wet a towel to dampen the clothing...
