I stayed overnight during a job fair at this hotel. The structure is in a neighboring area, very quiet, every day in about 15 minutes by car I was at the fair and in 20 I was in the centre, I never found traffic, so very convenient for those exhibiting or visiting the exhibition centre. In front of the hotel there is a covered car park (for a fee), about 20 meters on foot and the cost is quite low...

Good hotel with friendly staff, perfect for a stopover during a long trip. I wouldn't recommend staying here for a longer period for holiday, as it's located in the middle of the city on an industrial estate. Delicious dinner and breakfast, with various choices. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. The staff also speaks excellent English.

There are no slippers in the rooms, I have been told that they ordered but still not come. Smoking is allowed only in balconies, parking area is not that big to find parking place always. We had a great room. For four people, there was a double bed and a pull-out couch, both equally comfortable. Everything was newly renovated, in top condition, and very clean. Friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it. There are plenty of options for dining and shopping in the surrounding area. Getting to the city center by car is also great

This hotel is too bad. It is estimated that it is not even as good as the domestic three stars. I was forced to stay at the exhibition. The experience was extremely poor. The cost performance was too low. In addition, the elevator was broken that day. Climb up to the fifth floor

As a 4-star hotel, I am very disappointed that the hotel has no system and the system is messy. It was almost 12:30 in the evening when we arrived. When we checked in, they said there was no room for us. We had already confirmed the room and paid the money. The front desk clerk just said sorry. I asked to see the manager, but she said the manager was asleep. I couldn't believe it! By then we were waiting...

Room had a decent size, but decoration and amenities fell short. The restaurant at the hotel allowed dogs in the internal area, which brings some serious concerns regarding higiene. The hotel is located far away from any restaurants and the one at the hotel has limited options. Having your own car is a must.

All except the mattress were perfect. Nice warm swimming pool. Kids friendly, but they are not noisy. Typically kids are tired from Playmobil park that is near.

Some parts of the Schindlerhof Hotel are very pleasant—esp. the Japanese garden and the restaurant. Other elements are somewhat disappointing—e.g. room amenities. No bathrobes. And a “cosmetics bar” where guests are invited to BUY basic amenities like moisturizing lotion. Seems a bit tawdry for a hotel that aspires to ‘luxury’ status.

Kudos to Laura , Tina, and Sanjay for their attentiveness to us. Breakfast is pricey but service is good, elevator is not available for upper floors so you need to make sure you mention this if you need one when booking.

We stayed one night on our way to Austria from The Netherlands and it met the purpose. A no nonsense hotel with a clean room that was well equipped. The room isn't large, but it matches the price. The surrounding area is quiet and suitable for rest. For tourism, I recommend staying in the city center, but for longer business trips, it's quite comfortable if you have a car. It depends on your needs.

Stayed here two nights and the location is brilliant, a short walk to anywhere in the old town. Access to the hotel is through a shoe shop which closes at 8 but you get an electric key fob to enter the hotel. My single room was very small, modest but was what I expected for the price I paid. However the room did get extremely hot with no air conditioning. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

However, when I stayed in winter, the heating in the room was insufficient, and the air conditioning wasn't effective, so it got quite cold. Warning ⚠️ It's a terrible experience to stay this hotel. My wallet got stolen in the room on the 2nd day of my stay. The receptionist did not help much because they said only the manager has the access to the cctv footage but their manager is not working on Saturday and Sunday. Please think twice if you want to stay in this hotel.

The location is very good. Room is good size , clean and standard to expect.

Little hi hiccup at check but got an upgrade so no matter!  Service was great, breakfast choices excellent, location next to main station, and a few steps into the old city, would recommend staying here!!!

Very friendly staff clean hotel and clean toilets the sheets and bed we’re especially comfy can definitely recommend. Breakfast was also good.

I felt that all the staff were so kind and considerate. The facilities and cleaning conditions were so good that I want to go back to the hotel.

air conditionair did not work on lowest speed, had to leave ant second which is noisy and odes not really cool. Ok because outside was cold. Room is big enough, but needs renovation.  Breakfast simple but i liked it. Close to U and old town walkable.

Great hotel! Near to main train station. Super comfy room. Buffet breakfast fantastic. Would stay again if around the place. Friendly reception,free welcome drink - changed daily. Free candies. Beautiful decorations. Games available. Free drinks if decline room cleaning for the day! We had free wine n beers for two nights

This hotel is very good, especially the breakfast! Room service is also good, with free bottled water every day. The location is 2 stops away from the train station, very convenient! I will choose this hotel next time!

Excellent staff. Enormous daily breakfast and wonderfully accommodating since I am still learning German. Quiet rooms on 1st floor. I would stay again.

Hotel is old but still maintained quite clean and tidy. With a pool is good for relax Good supplies of toiletries. Good choice for overnight stay along road trip.

Not terrible but not amazing either. Window covers were dirty and the room didn’t have an airco. Also the breakfast was not included in the price, even tho booking said it was. Parking was €24,- extra for 2 cars Location is decent, bit further outside the city than we thought, but the metro is like 2 minutes walking. Other than that the hotel was pretty nice, and rooms looked good

Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very old need renovation. Carpet and pillow are very dirty.

That's an ok hotel. They had serious issues with the room keys so checking in took forever and the staff had to accompany me twice to the room until they understood that it's really the key that's not working. And I was not the only guest with this problem this evening. I'd definitely hoped for a more professional behavior.

Everything was top tier. Even the swimming area was very clean, relaxing, pool temp was perfect. Highly recommend!
