Perfect for a stay in the Alps We enjoyed 4 days in the German Alps, one of the top experiences to enjoy in Europe. Hotel is close to the biggest attractions in the area, plenty of good restaurants nearby. It is well run by hardworking, lovely people. Situated next to the road you hear traffic passing.

Fantastic stay very quiet area simple clean rooms plenty of hot water fanastic continental brekfast with hot options also 10 miles from Fussen and 4 miles from highway 179 perfect if travelling further south good on site parking out front!

Good hotel in Pfronten. Easy parking, unfortunately no restaurant or lounge with service, but a room with a fridge and drinks to purchase. Breakfast is good with a good variety of foods. Rooms are clean and nice.

Courteous service with beautiful window views. Situated right besides the Steinach train station it is the easiest accomodation in Pfronten. Resourceful dining area and meticulously decorated place. Clean and well maintained rooms and common area, Wifi, hot water, Hassle-free entry. Gave me a Pfronten Stadt card to travel in trains and buses of the area, very useful. We loved our stay. The apartment was very spacious and lovely, location was great and parking was excellent! The swimming pool was a good plus too :) Mr.Barni was very kind and helpful! We love to visit again when we come back to Pfronten, thank you so much!

Pleasant hospitality in affordable accommodations. Our room was newly renovated, but there's still a lot of work to be done in the building. The cleanliness is okay at first glance, but upon closer inspection, it's not so good. Breakfast is average, and the price/performance ratio is okay.

The manager was extremely helpful and went way beyond only what he had to do to help us during an emergency situation ! We will be forever grateful to him and his staff. The property is located close to the beautiful mountains and close to town. It is a vintage structure but everything works fine.

The area of Pfronten is beautiful. The hotel is very vintage, felt like stepping backing in the 1950s. We had the family apartment, which was a great size for us and our children. Nice place and friendly staff

Had a very nice stay with my daughter, very friendly ladies of reception and the restaurant. The food was good and the rooms are very comfortable, with view on a meadow with cows. During our stay we got a tourist card to take part of several local activities, like rafting, biking etc. Overall, a very pleasant stay, so we plan another holiday in this hotel during Xmas.

We were very impressed by the extremely friendly and personal welcome. The room was very nice, the breakfast excellent and the view from the balcony of the mountains a feast for the eyes. In addition, the hotel is very quiet and there are very good places to eat in the immediate vicinity.

Pretty place in Allgäu style, rooms with balcony. Very friendly and helpful personal. Breakfast with local fresh quality products. Only negative is the missing shades on the windows so rooms cannot be made dark for late morning sleep.

We stayed overnight to enjoy dinner at their 1 Michelin star restaurant PAVO. The location is breathtaking, with excellent views of the valleys and surrounding mountains. Stunning sunset! The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. We had the room Talblick, with a large window facing the valley at 1250m above sea level. Perfect vantage point for a beautiful sunset (May-July). Highly recommended...

what a wonderful place off the beaten paths close to heaven. After a short steep drive you arrive in paradise. Location, hotel, food and staff leaves no wishes open.

Wonderful place to relax and take in the beautiful views! You can close your eyes and take pictures in any direction and you’d have a postcard. We been going here for many years but the family had refurbished it recently and did a fantastic job. Make sure you time your visit carefully. It’s a narrow winding road they only lets people go up or down at certain times in the hour. Enjoy!!

This hotel was absolutely FABULOUS! It is a little off the regular tourist route, but completely worth it, especially if you are planning to visit Neuschwanstein. In the middle of the upcoming 4th Corona wave 🌊 we took a very relaxing short vacation here. A nice hotel with very reasonable prices and motivated staff. The food in ¾ Pension was very good 👍 The room was large and with a beautiful view. The fact that the bathtub under the sloping roof was not suitable for standing shower could be tolerated due to the large swimming pool and sauna 😄

Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t very welcoming. Breakfast was good and the service Nothing to complain. I enjoyed my stay there. The only thing I can think of that is that the room was pretty cold. The heater wasn’t working or not in service and in the evenings it was chilly in the room

A lovely place to settle in. Such a wonderful place to stay. Every thing was well looked after, the host very kindly put up with my lack of English. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed.
