The saunas are great, they have a finnish, a Dampfbad, and a Sanarium. The location is great if you want to visit Neuschwanstein Castle. The food was great, gluten free option were given (we asked with anticipation).
It would be nice if you were to add information about the fact that you can request special orders during breakfast (such as sunnyside eggs)

Very nice hotel in Bavarian style. Very nice hosts. Rooms are quiet and very cosy and newly renovated situated outside Pfronten, but you have nearly everything in walking distance. We liked the breakfast which offers everything for every taste. The restaurants offers very good quality but is a bit overpriced.

Very nice weekend stay. Our comfort room was perfect for s couple of two, the bathroom very modern and spacy including a rain-forest shower and other amenities. There is a sauna in the hotel, but we didn´t use it. The staff is extremely nice and perfectly know their role as hosts. The food is very good, there is an onsite restaurant with fine dining and a lounge where you can have a nightcap or simply relax. The hotel does not offer balconies, but there is an outdoor area. The surroundings are quiet although you are pretty close to the village centre. Parking is easy outside and there is a garage for a few cars. Lot of things to do in the area. And the breakfast offers anything for every taste. 👍. We definitely come back.

Very spacious rooms with plenty of storage space. Comfortable Beds ! Very clean and a super modern bathroom with everything you wish for.
The Hotel has a Wellness area and a fitness room. Beautiful view of the mountains and the cows in the neighborhood, if you go to the Sauna on the loungers in the relaxation room.
Breakfast is also super delicious. Particularly recommended is the muesli.
Dinner I can only recommend. Mega tasty !
On request there is also a pancakes, or eggs from the neighbor's chicken.
The staff is super friendly. And the power of the actual charm of the hotel. Without the nice staff it would be nice indeed, but surely half the fun.
Still Worth Mentioning:
There is a very large underground garage is available. Handy in the summer, if you want to get in a cool car or in the rain.
A large "game room" with pool table, Darts, Playstation, table football, etc, there are !
A great wine cellar is also available

Food was fine, coffee was good, waitress was nice, front desk service abysmal.
Had breakfast here with a "discount". Normally breakfast is €15, with my discount it was €11,90. Normally kids' breakfast is €10. Final price? 4x €11.90 with 2 kids. "Saved" about €2.50.

Had a very nice stay with my daughter, very friendly ladies of reception and the restaurant. The food was good and the rooms are very comfortable, with view on a meadow with cows. During our stay we got a tourist card to take part of several local activities, like rafting, biking etc.
Overall, a very pleasant stay, so we plan another holiday in this hotel during Xmas.

Hotel is very clean and freshly renovated. Be prepared that flies are everywhere and it will be a problem during your meals. Rooms do not have AC and on windows there are no bug nets. So, during summer be prepared to melt or be eaten by mosquitos. During breakfast I was very unlucky to be served by a waitress that doesn't speak English. If you have any questions or want to order something from the menu, it's a struggle.
