I liked the location, the surrounding and the service. The breakfast was amazing. One of the best I have had. Problems: the queen bad was in fact two single beds! Very uncomfortable. Also, they allow smoking in the balcony and outside and smoke comes in. As a wellness place I would suggest making the entire place (inside and outside) smoke free.

The hotel is clean and in a good location for walking around town. We did have a problem checking in, Noone was there and we had to call several times to finally get in. We were not asked if we wanted breakfast and if you do not book th enight before you cannot do so in the morning. That was disappointing since the breakfast looked good and was reasonablly priced. Status as on 29/11/2023. I stayed in this hotel for a week. It’s a basic hotel with all necessary amenities. Very clean and spotless. Easy location. Rooms are small and sufficient. Tasty breakfast. I like the old underground basement winery converted to dining area. Owner Chris is a nice man and always accessible for any assistance.

The location of the hotel is easy to find, and the hostess is very talkative and friendly. The restaurant transformed from the air raid shelter is very unique. The room is very clean, the floor is high, and the view outside the window is beautiful. The floor is a bit old so there is some noise when walking. Because the hotel is located between two roads, there is a bit of car noise at night.

Hotel rooms pretty basic - but also at a very basic rate. Fresh breakfast dished up every morning and the place is spotless. But what makes the place by far, is the people that run it. Totally recommend.

I only stayed for one night on business. Received a warm welcome from the Queen of the Island 😎🇩🇪🙌. The location is rather beautiful overlooking the river. The room was spotless. The property does not open until 5 pm so I had to wait 3 hrs sitting on the floor outside. I was hoping to leave my bags and go, but so such luck. The man who checked me in was very nice and helpful. The bus stop is just outside and will take you to the train station or city centre. The room was big but very hot inside. It was a great budget option.

Rooms were simple, old, small, but clean. Perfect for one night while traveling. However, I would not recommend this hotel on a hot summer day, as the rooms become a sauna and don't have air-conditioning. I recommend going to Erks Stube for food (10 minute drive). It is ok if you plan to use it for a night or two... The room I got was clean and smelling fresh. We were in two and the shower cabin has a transparent door and the entrance is right from the room. So yeah, you get the point.

The hotel rooms have everything you need. However, there's no lift available and the check in is a bit odd. You will have to remember a 6 digit code for your door, as there are no keys or key cards. Also, the place is quite far from everything and there are hardly any taxis coming by. Apart from that, it's a great, quiet place to stay.

I liked the style of the room. Parking at late arrival was super easy in front of the hotel on the public parking (over night it's free). Access to the hotel after reception closure time was also super easy. Breakfast surprised me in very good quality. Definitely will consider using the hotel again as a relay station on a long drive.

There were no tea bags in the room and when we asked the hotel to provide they wanted to charge us for this. Providing tea and coffee in the rooms is basic for every hotel and it was quite shocking that the hotel did not want to provide tea bags. They must realise that everyone doesn’t drink coffee and some people would like to have tea in their rooms.

The Dorint Wurzburg is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from both the railway station and the centre of town. The room met my needs, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the decor modern. Of particular note was the excellent and extensive breakfast.

The hotel's front desk service was excellent. However, there's construction nearby which made driving a bit difficult for us. Also, the hotel parking is on B2, and it was a bit challenging to maneuver and turn into the spots, especially for slightly larger cars. The room itself was very spacious and clean.
