Hotel is clean, has easy parking and staff is always friendly.

Nice clean room. Parking was very convenient. Location was easy to find and we really felt safe. Very pleasant reception and and departure greetings.

Enjoyed our stay and the rates where reasonable. They have some construction next to the hotel so parking was an issue due to the garage closing so early in the evening. After 8 pm the gates close. Staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions.

Very nice hotel. Renewed bedroom with nice design. Restaurant is closed on monday and front desk is closed in the evening, but okay, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and your bedroom's key opens the hotel's door.

Great central location. Easy to find pay parking opposite in large multi-storey. Very comfortable room. Very good breakfast with helpful staff. I loved the cosy Bavarian styled breakfast room/restaurant. Very easy to walk to all the shops, central Altstadt squares, park and cultural highlights. A lovely stay.

The hotel is nice and clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Walking distance from shopping mall, city center and restaurants, parking in the front of the hotel. This is a lovely hotel with excellent service. Friendly service and spotless rooms. It’s not a luxury hotel but it’s pleasant, well designed and generally quiet. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay especially Michael. Great for business trips and the location is just minutes from the charming old part of town.

It was an amazing hotel ,room was clean the beds were really comfy ,food was really nice and a wide range for breakfast ,staff were friendly short walk to town we had a balcony which was great room size was lovely good value for money .

Location was great. Very charming and a better stay than most places I’ve been to in Europe. Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean.

We’ve stayed here for two weeks - the rooms are fairly nice, especially for their price, but unfortunately the cleaning was limited to taking out the trash - the floor wasn’t swept even once for thee entirety of our stay.
