Room was very clean and quiet, which as a frequent traveller I highly appreciate. Service at reception was friendly and flexible. Breakfest was also nice. As a business traveller I do recommend.👍

They left me stranded. I booked a room. Asked for an early check in, it was denied. I called to ensure I could come in the evening, they said it would be fine and to use the kiosk. When I got there, the kiosk was unpowered and they didn’t answer the phone. I had to book another room down the road.

Very nice hotel, which is in a great location.
The staff were very friendly, and the room was nice and quiet.
I would have liked to have some coffee making facilities in the room, and the lack of these is the only reason for not giving 5 stars.

This is a lovely hotel with excellent service. Friendly service and spotless rooms. It’s not a luxury hotel but it’s pleasant, well designed and generally quiet. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay especially Michael. Great for business trips and the location is just minutes from the charming old part of town.

Location is not bad to access center of weiden but it's on a busy street. Traffic noise isn't too bad in winter when the windows are closed but can be loud when you open windows. Staff is very friendly and there's a little bar and breakfast area. Good price.

The positive things: a new-made bathroom, but unfortunately, the wall hook (Alternative: great suction lack of hooks on the tiles, attach); another Positive: the large mirror in the room, the small shelf underneath.
>>>Major flaw: the rickety latch on the bathroom door.!! -No go.!!
In spite of the new bath: the toilet is simply mounted too low (Zi:11); the bed mattresses are too soft; a Shoe horn is missing. [At The Beginning Of March '15]

Location is perfect and within walking of everything. The room is nice and the balcony has a good view. Service is good and breakfast is cheap. Parking is free.

A very nicely managed hotel with extraordinary staff! The accommodations are very comfortable, and the kitchen serves really good German dishes. The location is within walking distance of the city center with quaint shops and wonderful restaurants.

The only downside is slow network connectivity, and limited English channels for international travelers.

It was an amazing hotel ,room was clean the beds were really comfy ,food was really nice and a wide range for breakfast ,staff were friendly short walk to town we had a balcony which was great room size was lovely good value for money .
