Not recommend. I got 9 square meters "brush locker" with doubtful cleanness. Exchange not possible, regardless all my colleagues got normal rooms.

Nice and clean rooms of different size. Well organised for late coming (no 24 hrs personnel) with magic box to drop your key. Localised in a very convenient place for my purposes.

Verry bad experience with my last trip.. I was stayng at this hotel several times on my trips to Buxtehude but on the last one was verry bad experinece. I forgot my phone charger in the hotel room, come back later in that day after it and the lady from the calening did not admit that se found any charger in the room.. I was traveling with only one rucksack and the plug addaptor is big and also the cable is long, no other possibility to let it other than hotel room. Verry dissapointed about the whole situation, I can admit my mistake that I forgot it, but she should give it back not to keep it.. I cannot imagine if I forgot my work laptop or phone or my wedding ring... she will act the same? For sure next time to Buxtehude I will book another hotel. For future guests.. take care of your belongings.

Stayed here many times and I will never stay anywhere else. Great staff, great rooms, great location close to town center and a couple of grocery stores

Super Hotel. Top Rooms. Good Breakfast. Internet know some of the problems. Will be fixed starting in January, and state-of-the-art technology. Highly recommended

Great Service, great wifi, clean and free parking. It very close to the city center of Buxtehude although 40 - 50 min away from Hamburg.
