We stayed at the hotel as a family and were very pleased with our room. Everything was very tidy and well-equipped. The breakfast was very appealing and varied, with something for everyone. The staff was very friendly, and any minor issues were addressed immediately. We thank you for your hospitality, and if we're ever in the region again, we'd be happy to return.

Very nice hotel, we only stayed for 1 night but was good. Only thing is the water shower is randomly superhot then you have to keep re adjusting. If your kids likes to shower maybe an issue.

We booked a family room at this hotel. We got one on the second floor. It was nice and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the green garden. The second room I booked on the ground floor was less roomy. In the evening we reserved breakfast and breakfast time. In the morning all was prepared for us. Breakfast was pretty good, staff were friendly. A good place to stay on our way to Serengeti park.

We only ate at the restaurant. But we did so on Wednesday, schnitzel day, for €13.90. You can choose between pork or chicken schnitzel. Each of us got two large schnitzels with generous side dishes. Absolutely delicious. Unlike other places where the schnitzels are just breaded and more expensive to boot.

It's fine for a short stay. For a longer stay, I would choose a different hotel. Upon arrival, no one was there, and on the last day, breakfast was forgotten. The breakfast is good.

We stayed here for 1 night in the family room. The room looked better than in the photos. All was nice and clean and all beds were made for us. Also the babybed was brought in quickly. Minor thing was the noise coming from the kitchen below, however that was over around 9-10pm. The hotel is in Soltau near a park. The center is in walking distance, which is nice.

Hotel is just nearby soltau nord station. Just 3mins walk. However it is a little far from city centre. You need to walk at least 25mins to city centre. But if u enjoy walking and looking at the scenery then is ok. Very peaceful and quiet town. Would love to stay again next time!

Perfect for families with kids Room number 21 is actually an apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The backyard is full of activities for kids. The room 21 is perfect for families who attend to assembly in Heidemark-Halle. Kids will love to play after sitting the whole day.

Very nice and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, for a hotel with this many rooms the dining room is too small, making dinner and breakfast buffets very chaotic and not very relaxing. However, food is excellent. No a la carte service.

Hotel is nice in a quiet village surrounded by woods. Their is few people who speak English but I think it adds to the charm and enjoy the fun experience. Sensationally good cuisine with nice, attentive service. If you are lucky you can watch the riders in the hall while eating. For us as mobile home owners, this is also great with overnight stays and, if necessary, even with electricity.

It was a lovely vacation. Our cottage location was perfect, nearby the market. The surroundings were beautiful.
