Very nice hotel, we only stayed for 1 night but was good. Only thing is the water shower is randomly superhot then you have to keep re adjusting. If your kids likes to shower maybe an issue.

Decent hotel for single night. Spacey rooms, renovated bathrooms. Some may complain it is rather cold in the rooms (due to size?). Good breakfast - large choice of various products. Decent value for money (we booked via booking.com) Good contact with reception.

We stayed at the hotel as a family and were very pleased with our room. Everything was very tidy and well-equipped. The breakfast was very appealing and varied, with something for everyone. The staff was very friendly, and any minor issues were addressed immediately. We thank you for your hospitality, and if we're ever in the region again, we'd be happy to return.

The location and the mattresses are top-notch. The rooms are tidy, although some areas could use some renovation. Upon arrival, a quick check of the room and amenities should be done, and any complaints should be addressed immediately. Check-in is from 12 p.m., and by 1 p.m., the room still wasn't ready. It was very noisy during the three nights: clattering, slamming doors, etc. The furnishings have seen better days. The narrow and winding staircase made it difficult to navigate with a suitcase.

Very clean, Good service and well lit parking lot

We booked a family room at this hotel. We got one on the second floor. It was nice and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the green garden. The second room I booked on the ground floor was less roomy. In the evening we reserved breakfast and breakfast time. In the morning all was prepared for us. Breakfast was pretty good, staff were friendly. A good place to stay on our way to Serengeti park.
