Check-in was indifferent to the point of being unfriendly. The bathroom floor was dirty. And I couldn't shake the feeling that the towels and bed linens weren't fresh, but simply folded back together. I also come from the tourism industry, and that disgusted me. The attached restaurant is overpriced; the two waitresses tried hard. The lady at breakfast was nice, but the coffee was a watery mess drowned in milk. Horrible. The quality, selection, and appearance of the "buffet" were also disgusting.

Check-in is from 12 p.m., and by 1 p.m., the room still wasn't ready. It was very noisy during the three nights: clattering, slamming doors, etc. The furnishings have seen better days. The narrow and winding staircase made it difficult to navigate with a suitcase.

Very good boutique hotel, owner very helpful,staff superb, breakfast very tasty, superb area, beautiful lawns, all in all wonderful hotel...highly recommended, cleanliness was par excellence, interior of the room was very elegant.

Super nice hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. I stayed there for my bodybuilding show and the staff was so nice and helpful with everything. Also location is amazing right by the park. Had a great stay!

We booked a family room at this hotel. We got one on the second floor. It was nice and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the green garden. The second room I booked on the ground floor was less roomy.
In the evening we reserved breakfast and breakfast time. In the morning all was prepared for us. Breakfast was pretty good, staff were friendly. A good place to stay on our way to Serengeti park.
