The entire stay was absolutely lovely. We had incredible breakfasts and the staff was excellent.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good, but unfortunately there was no means to cool the room in the heat of 29-31 degrees, not even a fan.

Great hotel in Adendorf, one of the northern outskirts of Lüneburg. The room I had was spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Did neither use the spa area nor the restaurant for dinner. Therefore, I cannot not comment on this. The breakfast was standard. Bottomline is a very good hotel to stay if usage of the spa area is planned. For just an overnight stay is the price I paid too high.

I stayed here for 3 nights as I was attending some meetings nearby. The breakfast was good and I ate at the restaurant in the hotel 2 of the 3 nights. The hotel does have an indoor pool, a separate outdoor pool and an indoor whirlpool. There was a sauna that you had to walk outside to get to as well as two that were inside. There was also a steam room. The saunas were different, but I am not familiar...

Stayed for one night on my way through Germany. I don't play golf so can't comment on that. Also has a pool and gymnasium. Large car park. Room was nice, breakfast good, had dinner in the restaurant and it was very good. No problems.

Very quiet location, has a golf course, spa, bar and a restaurant. The staff is nice. The food in the restaurant is not so great but there's plenty of other options around in the area. The WiFi in the rooms was not working for a few days but the receptionist gave great alternatives. Plenty of free parking space available and rooms are spacious. Location is perfect, a quiet part of Hamburg, 8 minutes walk to the trainstation. Hotel is good, the rooms need an update, breakfast is a dream come true. Restaurants and shopping in the area, hotelrestaurant is ok.

The hotel is well-maintained overall. However, the window in our room wasn't sealed properly and didn't close all the way. We reported it to staff, and they promptly moved us to another room. The breakfast offered a great variety and was excellent.

The room was small, poorly soundproofed, and had no air conditioning. The facilities were also quite outdated. Most disturbingly, my colleague's room door was opened in the middle of the night. We were told the front desk had assigned the wrong room, which was pretty unsettling.

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Everything was perfect.

This hotel is excellent. It has a very old English feel which makes you feel comfortable. That, plus the very friendly and helpful service-orientated nature of the staff made this stay very pleasant indeed. The amenities are also comfortable, the food is excellent and there is plenty of space to relax.

I expected a big breakfast with many options since the breakfast was described as extra good at booking.com but I was disappointed. We liked the hotel for it's cost, location to shopping and restaurants, and the train station that allowed us to explore Hamburg. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were thankful to secure a late checkout(cost) since we were boarding our cruise in the late afternoon on a Sunday. We stayed for 2 nights. The room had a mini refrigerator and a work area. The room was very spacious and clean.

My room was a double bed but I was there alone so I appreciated the space I had. Bathroom is nice, it has a hot tube. Room has a fridge and enough storage. Hotel staff was wonderful. Breakfast was well presented and tasty. We stayed 11 nights so got know the area. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The bad it is located at a highway off/on ramp. That meant 24 hours each day of noise. When the windows were closed it was quiet. We stayed in July and no air conditioning meant the windows were open. I would gladly return just not in the summer

One of the best hotel experiences myself and my group of friends have ever had. The hotel itself was lovely! Clean, contemporary, and beautiful. Location: Bus stop in front of the hotel. You can reach the central station in half an hour. The hotel is quite clean, though the hotel itself is a bit old. The design of the bedside lamp is very uncomfortable. It’s not on the side but at the back of the bed. You may hurt your head or back if you want to leaning. We don’t have the time to enjoy the sauna or fitness so nothing to share about this.

The room was very clean and had a modern, minimalist design that made it feel just like home.

Overall, it was decent. My issues were: no bottled water and no hairdryer. I asked housekeeping for a hairdryer, and they brought a very old and non-functional one. I had to ask again to finally get a working one. A bit disappointing.

Ran into a lot of tour groups, which was interesting – maybe because of Oktoberfest. The staff were very nice, but the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty.

It was clear, near to bus stop but far from subway system. It has a theme you may or may not like. It was a little bit old. The breakfast was good.

Grand architecture, including Cathedral and large clock tower along the quayside makes for a great stroll around Hamburg Harbour with boat trips available to cruise the waterways.

The room felt spacious and the decor was cool, with a Hamburg-inspired industrial vibe. I borrowed a kettle from the front desk, and the service was excellent and it was brought to me immediately. There's a supermarket nearby. The only downside is the maze of intersections and the easy mistake of crossing the street. This is a perfectly practical Hotel, a bit off the beaten track, but only a 15-20 min walk from the more central places o f Hamburg. The quarrell you migh have is that the aircondition was sub par, particularly considering the hot days/evenings of July. Breakfast was good, but crazy crowdy after 9 (first day), but almost empty pre-8.

I've stayed here several times and like its modernity, comfort, waterside location and easy access to Havencity and the city centre. My visit on this occasion, however, was marred by construction work being undertaken outside my room which from around 7.45am was quite noisy.

The location was great. There was a metro line next to the hotel, and you appear in the city center in 5-6 minutes. The service was good, the receiptionists were very kind and aupportive. Conveniently located near the U1/U3 subway station. What annoyed me was that one staff member wouldn't let us into the room before 3 p.m., and after a bit of a wait, another staff member approached us, asked our names, and arranged a room for us. After that, everything was fine.

Wonderful stay at Hamburg. The staff were very helpful and friendly and attended to all our needs. They upgraded our room to a beautiful location. They helped us with the parking process and the laundry service. The breakfast options were very good. The only issue was that there was a limited options for dinner from the standard menu.

The breakfast was fresh and had many options. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The kids play area had many games that were fun for the whole family!

Room was very basic, no complementary water and tap water was always warm. Annoying the restaurant wasn’t open on a Monday night - especially for a business trip. Of the three reception staff I spoke to, one was great, but the other two were really poor; no personality and one word answers

This property has had lots of thought put into its design and the sort expectations kids big and small have when they go on holidays it’s qwerky, challenging, smart, alternative design, but everything works works well and is safe. One exception is a glass door closing off a hallway which does not have a marker to help visitors’detect’ when it’s closed!!!!

Everything is great – it even has a small gym and two dry saunas. It's a 10-minute walk from the main train station... and you have to walk through a lively neighborhood. That might seem a bit rough around the edges to some conservatives, but it reflects the cultural diversity of this cosmopolitan city, Hamburg.

I wanted to give a good review because I booked it on Ctrip, but unfortunately there were bugs on the bed. I still gave it 4 stars. I booked near the Central Station for convenience, but the surrounding area isn't great.

Overall the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Two points worth noting that guests should be aware of: 1. The curtain pocket (the part at the top that hides the curtain rail) is not deep enough, so plenty of light comes in around it. Excellent service, service mind

I was there on business for a few weeks, so the washing machine was fabulous to have in the apartment. The staff were excellent and all spoke perfect English. The location is excellent too, with many restaurants and bars all within walking distance. There's lots to see and do in Hamburg and when I return will be booking with them again.

Used the hotel while participating in IM Hamburg. Ideal location 5 mins walk to the race and lake area. Hotel staff were brilliant and let us have bikes in room. They all spoke English which was great as our German is less than 10-15 words/phrases. Breakfast has a great selection of hot and cold items, plus so many drink options. We took advantage of the apartment kitchen which is small but useable...

This is one of my favourite places to stay in Hamburg, great location and amenities. Just keep in mind there is no room service or minibar in the room. You either need to go down to the lobby for snacks or buy something, so for business travellers after a long day maybe not ideal

This was my second time staying at HENRI and I would highly recommend it. It is a great location for the Christmas Markets. The room was cosy and comfortable for me and my daughter. The only slightly negative thing was I couldn’t figure out the coffee machine but that wasn’t a big deal as a Starbucks is around the coner

A stylish and unique hotel A unique and beautifully laid out suite. The hotel is well situated being close to the main station and in between the main city centre and the Speicherstadt. All of this on top of excellent and friendly service.
