The entire stay was absolutely lovely. We had incredible breakfasts and the staff was excellent.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good, but unfortunately there was no means to cool the room in the heat of 29-31 degrees, not even a fan.

Great hotel in Adendorf, one of the northern outskirts of Lüneburg. The room I had was spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Did neither use the spa area nor the restaurant for dinner. Therefore, I cannot not comment on this. The breakfast was standard. Bottomline is a very good hotel to stay if usage of the spa area is planned. For just an overnight stay is the price I paid too high.

I stayed at the Altes Kaufhaus for 2 nights whilst travelling aboard for work. The hotel was only a short 10 minute walk from the station and was very central to the pubs and restaurants. The rooms were excellent and very clean, would happily stay again.

We really loved our stay here. The check-in and check-out were smooth. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The free mini-bar was a nice surprise :) I had a work call during our stay, and the wifi worked wonderully throughout the meeting. Would have loved to stay longer than just one night!

Beautiful hotel in the very centre of Lüneburg. I was in town to provide a lecture at Leuphana University. The hotel is situated right in the middle of town, not far from the train station. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, and even have a dining table. There is a steam sauna and a gym available to the guests free of charge. This hotel is excellent. It has a very old English feel which makes you feel comfortable. That, plus the very friendly and helpful service-orientated nature of the staff made this stay very pleasant indeed. After reading the reviews I regretted booking it. But I must say we spent a great time there. My daughter (4yo) had a lot of fun. We enjoyed it too. It's a pity the swimming pool could be visited only once. But well, it's Covid time. But anyway it was worth it.

Disappointed with my accommodation. Rooms were not very modern and could be renovated. I took a premium bunglow with toilets very ordinary. Overall the park has decent facilities for a relaxing weekend. I would suggest families to take a golfcart as this is a big park.

Good location for cruisers catching cruise from Hamburg.

I like how close this hotel is to the cruise terminal. I liked that there is a grocery store next to it. I did not like that the main entrance of the hotel and both entrances to their restaurant is not accesible for wheelchair users. I liked how spacious our room was and our bathroom however the shower is not wheelchair accessible.

Location: Bus stop in front of the hotel. You can reach the central station in half an hour. The hotel is quite clean, though the hotel itself is a bit old. The design of the bedside lamp is very uncomfortable. It’s not on the side but at the back of the bed. You may hurt your head or back if you want to leaning. We don’t have the time to enjoy the sauna or fitness so nothing to share about this.

We used this hotel for many years every time we visit Hamburg.. It is affordable price compared to others hotel in city, which I think also convenient to come on city center because bus is directly which is about 6 stops.

It's located around 30 minutes away with public transportation from the city center. The hotel was very clean and neat. Although the room was small, they provided a wardrobe to store our belongings, a television, a safe box, and a small fridge filled with drinks. You also don't need to bring towels because they provide them.

This is a perfectly practical Hotel, a bit off the beaten track, but only a 15-20 min walk from the more central places o f Hamburg. The quarrell you migh have is that the aircondition was sub par, particularly considering the hot days/evenings of July. Breakfast was good, but crazy crowdy after 9 (first day), but almost empty pre-8.

The hotel is centrally located with good public transport links. The ambiance is modern and the cleanliness is good. Unfortunately, the professionalism of the staff leaves a little to be desired; they don't seem to be trained hospitality professionals. At breakfast, used dishes weren't cleared away, and a dirty, crumpled cloth was left out in the open. At the front desk, there was a lack of attentive...

The hotel is close to the train and bus stations! It's simple, but very nice and has a theme! We were very pleasantly surprised!

Great stay there! The hotel staff was super nice! Highly recommended.

Basically very clean, but there was a small patch of mold on the window. Otherwise, it's only suitable for summer holidays, not winter, as heating is only via ventilation. Aside from that, it's a super nice hotel with very good service, though the receptionist needs to be careful to tell me the same thing and not different stories.
