This restaurant is a true gem with delicious food and friendly staff. The steak was tender and full of flavor, and the pasta was perfectly cooked and rich in taste. I was quite satisfied with my stay during a business trip. It's very close to the subway station, but far from the central. The downstairs is always being renovated, which is not very friendly.

The hotel is generally okay. The breakfast is quite rich if you go early. If you go late, there won't be much left. I stayed for five days. Although there was a sign to clean the room, they didn't come in to clean it.

It's great if you're on the go and need a place to stay relatively close to Hamburg. Having a spot outside of town makes arriving at any time of day phenomenally easygoing. The addition here is that there's 24 hour service, which also allows for 24 hour check ins. Very convenient.

It's a cozy hotel we used only for 1 night and at the beginning I thought that the price is somewhat high for the size and equipment of the rooms, but when I layed in bed I understood why - the matrices, the quilts, the pillows - it was all high quality I've only experienced in 5* hotels. We liked the hotel for it's cost, location to shopping and restaurants, and the train station that allowed us to explore Hamburg. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were thankful to secure a late checkout(cost) since we were boarding our cruise in the late afternoon on a Sunday. We stayed for 2 nights. Small things were missing, and attention to detail was lacking; for example, there was no bottle of water even though there was a refrigerator. It's more suitable for business trips. We booked a double bed but received two single beds opposite each other, not even next to each other. The room was too small for that.

Perfect hotel to sleep close to Hamburg, you don't get stuck in traffic as its on the outsides of the city. In the building are several rooms. After online reservation you get a code on the day of arrival. Enter that code in the boxes to get the key, near the entrancedoor. Then you can enter and find the room. In the shared kitchen you can find plates and stuff if you need them. There is free coffee and thee. Booked for just one night. I paid far too much, even though breakfast was included. The room was small, which was fine for me. However, when I got to the hotel room, there were spiders everywhere. The sheets weren't clean, and the heater was broken. The sheets were supposed to be clean, and the spiders were supposed to be completely gone. The hotel was lucky that I'm not afraid of spiders.

I guess it's understandable considering the relatively cheap price and the facilities. However, although it may be unavoidable that the toilets are shared, it is still inconvenient to be on different floors.

You need to get to the hotel first by train, then by bus. Overall, it's a good hotel. Average breakfast, clean room. It wasn't entirely clear why the shower was in the room and the toilet was on the floor. And it was an individual toilet with a key only for my room. Never seen anything like that.

Good location for cruisers catching cruise from Hamburg.

I like how close this hotel is to the cruise terminal. I liked that there is a grocery store next to it. I did not like that the main entrance of the hotel and both entrances to their restaurant is not accesible for wheelchair users. I liked how spacious our room was and our bathroom however the shower is not wheelchair accessible.

The hotel is well-maintained overall. However, the window in our room wasn't sealed properly and didn't close all the way. We reported it to staff, and they promptly moved us to another room. The breakfast offered a great variety and was excellent.

Overall, everything was very good. The only thing missing was a room safe!

The room was small, poorly soundproofed, and had no air conditioning. The facilities were also quite outdated. Most disturbingly, my colleague's room door was opened in the middle of the night. We were told the front desk had assigned the wrong room, which was pretty unsettling.

Great hotel! Very clean and has luxurious feel to it, for a good price. The room was clean, modern and big. Luxury shower, minibar. Sauna’s are included. The breakfast was really nice (pancakes!). Very nice restaurant for dinner as well. You can park for free around the hotel (hotel garage is €17 per night). It’s 15 minutes from the city center by car. There’s a bus stop in frobt of the hotel. We got an excellent room. For breakfast there was wide range of choices. In the wellness was very nice atmosphere, friendly staff and I enjoyed the full body relax massage too. I would come again.

Spacious and clean room, cot was provided. Very friendly staff! Great play areas for kids. Sadly the restaurant, Das Kulinarium, was closed and their own buffet could be improved on. Overall we had a really nice stay!

I've stayed here several times and like its modernity, comfort, waterside location and easy access to Havencity and the city centre. My visit on this occasion, however, was marred by construction work being undertaken outside my room which from around 7.45am was quite noisy.

The location was great. There was a metro line next to the hotel, and you appear in the city center in 5-6 minutes. The service was good, the receiptionists were very kind and aupportive. Room service was also good. However, the beds were not very comfortable. The breakfast was good, but not excellent.

Good wheelchair room with accessible bathroom. Comfortable beds, friendly staff. Coffee is for free - even without taking a breakfast. Clean hotel and looks well maintained. Easy accessible hotel, parking is a bit challenging: small garage. Paid Parking outside possible but be aware of the very active “parking police”.

A very beautiful, clean and tidy hotel. The reception staff are very kind and very cooperative. The rooms are excellent. The hotel is close to services. The breakfast buffet is varied, delicious and tasty. I recommend trying it and enjoying its atmosphere.

Stayed here 2 nights for a business trip. A nice 25 min walk from the Central Station. The staff was really nice and the bar staff went above and beyond when I ordered a bowl of soup to go, it came covered in a tray and he carried it to the elevator and pressed my floor so I didn't risk spilling it. I didn't have breakfast and the room had a capsule machine but no kettle. No mini fridge either. Otherwise...

Very good location of the hotel – within walking distance of Miniatur Wunderland and the Maritime Museum. Also there is a U4 underground station next to the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice, modern, and well-maintained. The room was clean and comfortable, with a super comfortable bed. With the windows closed, there was no noise from the street. A recently built, modern hotel with a Very good location. Good breakfast and staff is nice. Rooms are quiet even by the elevator and there was a partial view to the canals from my room. Gym is available too.

I was happy that the room was spacious. I had trouble checking in, but they managed to help me remotely via the security camera. It was difficult for me as I am not good at English.

I liked everything, the cabins were clean and cozy, the staff was also friendly and tidy, cleaning was every day. The machine with drinks and sweets was a C (the sweets were very dry and hard). The coffee machine took money but never saw the coffee (it only wet the glass).

We went on a road trip and came across this hostel. Very comfortable mattresses and clean rooms for a great price! Definitely Kid friendly, nice and large kitchen, Privat parking, Quick and easy connections to downtown Hamburg. The red color is nothing for my taste but the kids loved it.

Nice hotel, room was okay but was expecting little bit more space for extra large room. The bed for our daughter was not ready upon our arrival, there were only towels for two in the room and we were never given extra glass/cup although the housekeeping team sorted out the bed straight away. Everything really good. Great location and nice ambiance. Some minor point for improvement. It is very dark in the restaurant especially for breakfast. Pillows in room for sleeping are too thin.

Very pleasant stay in Hamburg We were only there for one night, wish it was more! The hotel is clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly! Helped us book a night cruise and called a taxi for us in the morning. Great location for us as we wanted the night cruise and had booked a time for Miniature Wonderland in the morning.

We could not have been happier, my sporty son was chuffed to gain access to the adjacent gym and I enjoyed the Schmökerstube and Bar!

I had a semi-pleasant stay at this hotel, it was very charming and quirky and the staff were absolutely exceptional! Extremely well located as well. I do unfortunately think there are things that need to be improved upon hence the 3 stars. For example, the bed situation was rather unfortunate.. probably some of the worst sleep I have ever gotten and ended up sleeping on the couch the last 3 days of...

I felt super good every time I stayed here. It’s stylish with a lot of attention to detail—the design, the atmosphere, even the way it smells. The staff are genuinely attentive. There is a vinyl room with a great selection to play through. Beds are really comfortable. I love the nostalgic touches, like being able to play Super Mario. I’ve stayed in both 25hours HafenCity and 25hours Altes Hafenamt...

Just brilliant on every level - the location and rooms were fab. The breakfast stunning but what really made my trip were the staff - they were amazing, really helpful and just nice. I wish every hotel has such nice staff - they could not do more for you - just made my trip really special and lots of lovely memories. I am already planning to come back. Thanks again to everyone

We enjoyed our stay here, we arrived Saturday afternoon and we are not used to stores being closed on Sundays. A quick mention from the staff at check in would be helpful as we would have gone straight to the grocery store across the street. It is safe and convenient location. Parking is expensive, but also convenient.

Amazing hotel The most amazing hotel. Second time I was there, last time with my partner, now with my daughter. We loved it then, now my daughter LOVED is as well. We found the ”gaming lounge” at the first floor, my daughter is 10 and she was so happy. The rooms are amazing, the lobby - the nicest lobby I’ve ever been to. And the sauna 😍 They also happen to have an amazing restaurant and a bar around...
