Despite facing the same staffing issues most establishments face, the service is still top par. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Our waiter Denis each evening treated us like family. The beach is great, and again, the staff who sort out your seating and serve snacks and drinks are pleasant. Sunsets are unbeatable! Prices reasonable. I find for the price level the food and accommodation are great...

Its not a 5* hotel. The hotel is nice, but not premium. Plus points: location near beach, gym, sauna, clean. Feedback to consider: far too expensive. Breakfast quite basic. There is nothing special offered. I asked for fresh milk - they didnt have any, only H-milk. Coffee was not good. Eggs were only availble hard-boiled. The ladys at breakfast really nice. Burger at dinner good. Horrible experience...

After a blustery September walk along the beach with our dog, we enjoyed a good cocktail on the terrace, served by a very nice and professional bartender. Bar looked very smart and cosy. The large patio must be a lovely place for a sundowner in summer.

Great Hotel with a view, nice to relax, do sports and enjoy a 5 course menu in the evening!!

We had a really fabulous dinner in the gourmet restaurant on the 4th floor, dramatic sunset view included. The menu was excellent, creative cooking accompanied by very good wines. The service was perfect and very friendly. Highly recommended place for a holiday highlight and well worth the price.

Better and qualified service staff, and generally nice

First time in my life I am complaining about „the youth“: swimming pool is supposed to be 16+ from 18:00 to 22:00. I do not mind this rule not being followed most of the time. But when my (or any other for that matter) very pregnant wife tries to swim a bit without the risk of getting accidentally kicked in the stomach at 21:00, this rule needs to be followed. Beautiful town for strolling and local food. Hotels are generally good quality and the beach is just fabulous with the right weather. Sunsets with clear skies are a thing to behold with a hot (or not) drink of your choice from the beach hut. Restaurants have food for all tastes I could think of. Achterdeck burger is one of my favourites. The whole area is high on my list of places to recommend at...

A very nice hotel, just a few steps from the beach. Friendly staff and good service. Beautifully renovated rooms with beautiful furniture. Functional layout between living and sleeping areas. Plenty of storage and closet space. A great breakfast buffet with something for everyone. Freshly prepared egg dishes. A cozy bar.

The room I got was a little worn out, very old and small TV, carpet fixed with tape. Friendly staff, nice spa area, small gym & nice view.

This is a fantastic hotel. The facilities are excellent. The sauna with multiple rooms as well as an outdoor one are very good. Its right on the beach which is perfect for walks during the day. There isn't much nearby, which is fine if you are looking for that.

Modern Spa & Wellness hotel just behind the dunes of the Baltic Sea beach of Dierhagen. Nice and spacious spa facilities with two saunas and a steam room. You may take a bath in the Baltic sea just after your sauna session as the beach is only 50m away. Rooms are tidy and in good condition. Staff is helpful at all times. Breakfast and restaurant also very good.

love the Bauhaus design. There is an indoor Basketball court in the hotel 😱 the sauna was great, the beds are comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The hotel‘s location close to the beach is very nice. The all you can eat dinner was good.

Good location (5 min to the sea), clean and calm beach, friwndly stuff. However overall its boring for young couples or groups. Best suited for elderly people and families with small kids. We couldn't find good food there (best to go on a car/bike to explore restaurants outside the hotel). The beach bar has tiny menu and closes at 6pm which is awful. After 8-9pm no chance to find good around.

Large but modern and friendly hotel well located in the woods very close to the sea (close enough for prebreakfast swim).

Nice Hotel in great surroundings.

No actual double bed, rather twin beds pushed together. Breakfast was really good, but no hot chocolate. The evening meal was a buffet- the salad was really good, but the hot dishes were just warm. The dessert was the same each evening. Sport facilities were good and the swimming pool and sauna clean. Bike hire at the hotel was value for money. Some staff were very helpful others seemed over worked

Very friendly and attentive staff and hotel management! The overall atmosphere is very pleasant, and there are thoughtful touches. I also enjoyed the sauna area.
