Where to stay in Plau am See

The beach hotel on the northwest side of Berlin is a reasonable place to stay. The rooms have special pillows, Airfect, which can also be bought at the reception. The room is big and clean, but the toilet is relatively dimly lit. The equipment in the room has been reduced to a minimum. Peaceful and quiet environment. Friendly staff.

Nice place for summer I assume. I stay there 2 winter nights. Beds were unfortunately uncomfortable, pillows hard and thin summer blankets. I had 2 hard to sleep nights at this hotel because of uncomfortable beds and cold nights. Breakfast was one morning poor, another good.

Stayed for a weekend with my fiancee in end January. We booked the stay through a smartbox-voucher, which included a single 4 course dinner, access to the sauna-area and breakfast both mornings. Very nice hotel, quite modern rooms, friendly staff and very close to the beach. We could even ask for towels that we could bring to the beach at the reception, very nice service! downsides for me were not having air-conditioning in my room, dust and insects above my window (the rest of the room was very clean however) and the bathroom lighting was quite dim.

It's a beautiful place for a family for a week's long getaway. In the middle of the forest, one can find great hiking and biking trails. All the major facilities are available within the premises. Great Breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The rooms were very new and had a different smell.

We have been here for the 2nd time for a few days. It's really great. The staff nice and very helpful. The area is really gorgeous. You don't have to go somewhere all the time, you have almost everything on the site.. We went to Vila Vita for the day and spent some time at the little beach and had a nice dip in the water. Nice resort and good restaurant ambiance. They made a big fire while having supper. Food was good and service was excelent. Recomend to go for a nice escape or a business trip.

A very nice spot for a family holiday. The resort village offers a lot to do - sports, wellness, cocktails. The water in the lake is crystal clear. The breakfast in the restaurant is amazing - life cooking, wide seleciton of cold cuts, cheese, muesli. Unfortunately the evening menu wasn't so convincing. A very nice apartment, modernly furnished, spacious, comfortable, and clean. We hadn't been here for a few years, but the comfort level hadn't changed at all – highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

We had a very pleasant stay at the "An der Metow" holiday park. The accommodations were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The breakfast was particularly impressive: a large selection, friendly service, and really good coffee. The location right on the water is ideal for unwinding. We'd love to come back!

Nice area, friendly staff, great location right on the harbor, delicious fish just around the corner and in the associated restaurant, great boat connection. The only thing to complain about is that there is only sparse WiFi on the premises. There is no WiFi reception at all in Apartment 2.

I stayed in a holiday home with a lake view for a long autumn weekend with two small children. The location was fantastic, the view stunning, the amenities great, and it was very clean – perfect for a longer stay. This year we had a terraced house, but unfortunately it was smaller than expected. The kitchenette consisted of two induction hobs and an oven with a microwave, two wall cabinets crammed with kitchen utensils, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and another cabinet with a trash can. So, you couldn't properly store your food; not everything belongs in the refrigerator, and it was too small anyway...

We had booked an apartment upstairs in one of the annexes. Upon arrival, we saw that the guests in the downstairs apartment had a dog. Since we are allergic to dogs, I went to reception and explained my predicament. The friendly staff member gave me keys to two terraced houses to look at, saying we could choose one. We are not guests of the holiday park, but have been guests in the restaurant twice in the evening. A small but very fine menu and a really great kitchen conjure up dishes from the old days. A solyanka or the farmer's breakfast is highly recommended. If you haven't tried the fish soup, you've missed something anyway. We also had a lot of fun with the friendly service, thanks for the nice evenings.

We love coming back here every year, in summer or fall. Direct access to the lake with a private beach where there is always enough space. Every day pony rides, petting zoo and occasionally animal walks and horseback riding lessons. Very good breakfast and delicious food in the restaurant.
