Hotel was good. Beautiful garden. Great, rich breakfast. Rooms were clean and big. However we choosed this place becouse of access to electric cars chargers. We couldn't access them from the level of the app (it was private charger so the owner needs to give us permission) and there was no person who could help us with it. Be very aware you need to spend €5 to park Meal was 28€ a head but we went in to town to Sadhu which was amazing and a lot cheaper. Breakfast was reasonable with plenty to choose from. This hotel needs updating badly and while we were there it was full of bus tours, we felt 200 yrs too young! This hotel is in the back of an industrial estate so don't expect anything around it!

Not a very "user friendly" hotel, especially if you don't speak German! All the guest hotels information was written in German so I had to put it through the translator to understand. The staff also spoke very little English. Furthermore, I did not find the staff very friendly. After checking out the sauna area I realised I needed 2 euros for the spa (this is ridiculous in itself!) so I go to the front...

Would not rate as 4 star, yes they have a pool, and a training room!. Unfortunately our bathroom had mould on the shower wall and round the glass shower door, the shower head leaked, and the toilet was cracked. The net curtains are in need of a wash, the tv remote control on off switch did not work. The room was not cleaned in the 4 days we stayed, even though a notice said if you leave your towels...

Modern hotel, relatively close to the center of the beautiful charming Hanseatic city of Wismar. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, so were the pillows. The staff was very friendly and gave great service when they helped me understand different ticketing in the app Deutsche Bahn. Great location with close walking distance to everything in Wismar. The room was fresh and lovely. The only negatives was the bathroom- and washroomdoors. Frosted glass is not a favourite for me. Though it's only -0,5 really, but can't give 4,5 here.

Perfectly located for arriving by car and visiting Wismar. Parking was easy and free. We had a superior room which was very spacious with a large bathroom. The room had every facility you could want. Very pleased that there were no cushions on the bed, good quality bed linen and towels, charging points beside the bed and lots of storage space. Let me start this by saying no rooms can accommodate more than 2 people!! It doesn’t matter what the website says. There is only one bed. I booked our room 3 adults and 1 child on the Radisson website and the front desk staff had us check in and pay and we get to our room and are not happy. There is one king bed. The front desk was not helpful at all. They just kept telling me it was not their problem...

A high quality hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very new and clean. Also great if you are also going to the Waterpark as you have an exclusive entryway. The breakfast is also one of the best in Germany.

Comfort, fun, quality of food recording to price where super! We had a very nice stay with our little girl of 9 months. The only thing I can think of that we found odd was the difference in wine glasses since we where drinking the same wine.

I really enjoyed the experience, especially the pools and different water activities. The room was always very clean and organized. I recommend this hotel, it’s next to the Hochschule Wismar, which is an advantage if you are studying or teaching there for a few days. Thanks.

We had an excellent stay here. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Bike rental and direct access to the pool with slides, sauna, etc. The breakfast was superb, offering everything you might like, including caviar

Good place, but too pricey for what you actually get! Positive: The breakfast was good/fresh and staff was friendly! The pools inside was good for children and if you wanna take a swim there are for adults/swimmers aswell. Negative: The "water park" is not so big, and pictures on website is little bit misleading. Water slides for children in the outer area pool was closed/under construction which...

This was our second stay at this hotel, and we'll be back again next year. It's clean, the staff are friendly, and the staff are helpful! The payment method upon arrival is quite unusual 🤫

With the German baking traditions, it was a disappointment that the bread for breakfast was stale.

Excellent hotel, centrally and quietly located in one of Wismar's beautiful shopping streets.

Great location in the middle of the city. Parking right behind the hotel. All staff are incredibly nice. The room, which was the Junior Suite, was lovely and large. The only thing to point out was the lack of lighting in the bathroom.

Everything was fine. The hotel is located right in the old town, and the harbor is just a short walk away. The parking lot is accessible via several steps. Breakfast was okay, but not outstanding. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, the price-performance ratio is very good.

Very nice and clean, comfortable bed. We liked that they had extra pillows.
