Where to stay in Bad Driburg

My mother (in her 80s) and I spent a 5 day holiday in this beautiful hotel and our experience could not have been better! The grounds are stunning, the staff (without exception) is super-friendly and professional, and the food is tasty. The hotel and its grounds are huge and inviting for a stroll. The reception staff were friendly at check-in, but at check-out, they seemed less concerned that the guest was dissatisfied. There is an outdoor pool in the main building, as well as a spa area and sauna. The spa treatments were excellent. An oasis of peace, a well-kept park (currently affected by construction work). A good package deal. Always a pleasure to stay for a break. Unfortunately, the town of Bad Driburg itself isn't attractive. Excursions from there include the Hermann Monument and the Corvey World Heritage Site (open only from April).

Absolutely fantastic hotel, went beyond our expectations. Beautiful architecture and surrounding park, friendly staff, tasty food and a great pool. Will definitely come back!

Fantastic hotel that keeps us returning. Lovely park gardens and serene setting. Exceptional breakfast. Only disappointment is the ongoing roadworks that make finding the location rather difficult and the hotel can do more to message or provide a link on how to access, Google maps gives up!

Went there for a 3 day corporate meeting. The rooms are very nice, meeting rooms as well. The place has an indoor and outdoor pool - very nice and heated. Food is very good as well. Nice old place.

Good and restaurant in the typical style of the region. Good breakfast and beds. Also nice indoor swimming pool and sauna.

Great hotel, great staff. The breakfast is amazing. Conveniently located near the train station and local clinics. The dinner is also very tasty. I stayed in the new wing of the hotel. The room was modern and had a great, comfortable bed. Thank you, and perhaps see you again soon.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds. The whole building is quite old, and it feels. No internet at all despite advertisement because it's"overloaded".

Can only recommend this hotel. We were happy with everything. The breakfast offers everything you could wish for.

It was fantastic, the staff very friendly, the breakfast excellent, plentiful and delicious. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. The rooms are very large and comfortable. We will definitely come back again.

We stayed with you as a group and felt very comfortable. The room lost one star because I don't like carpets. But everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast had everything you could need. The staff was very friendly, and we couldn't fault anything else. Best wishes 🥰

Had a lovely long weekend at Waldcafe Jäger. Breakfast was very good. Even though dinner at the Hotel Jägerhof involved a 30 km return journey, the food was very good

We were there at the beginning of November. Check-in between 5 pm and 9 pm seemed a bit late, but check-out at 11 am was fine. We had booked a double room with a balcony and a single room. The rooms were functional. The single room wasn't very clean; there were cobwebs in the corners and on the bed. It looked like it had been cleaned and then left unoccupied for a while. The receptionist was very friendly. It's a quiet and relaxing place. I felt very comfortable.

Actually quite nice only the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, there is still a lot of room for improvement. When staff was on site, they tried very hard

Rooms are good except for 2-3 things (broken toilet seat, deposits in the shower, dirty curtains). There is almost never anyone at the reception, so I only saw someone on arrival, otherwise not at all, hotel was only accessible from the rear entrance/exit. The outdoor area was unfortunately not as nice as it is presented on the internet. Very noisy. Breakfast is not offered, so no rating possible....

Simple clean tidy and quiet. Doors open after 5pm. unfortunately no breakfast was offered. Price was fair.

You get a lot of bang for your buck in this hotel, nice tidy room, comfortable beds, located in a great area.

Great location for the race track with friendly service I stayed here for a work event as it’s close to the Bilster Berg race track – just a 15-minute drive with easy access by car. My single room was comfortable, with a balcony and sofa. The bathroom was on the small side, but I have to say the shower pressure was incredible – like a jet wash on full power! I was only there for a meal. It was fine. The pub was almost exclusively full of friendly locals, and there was no stress whatsoever. A pleasant place to sit, eat, and drink. The food is good, traditional fare. The best thing is the service. They don't skimp on staff, and you won't go thirsty. A tip is definitely in order! Cheers!

Didn't stay overnight but had dinner here. 200m away from Marcus Clinic. The food is very good and the price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. The offer on the menu is also worth mentioning. Just that you can order something to snack on. All clean Will come more often
