We were there at the beginning of November. Check-in between 5 pm and 9 pm seemed a bit late, but check-out at 11 am was fine. We had booked a double room with a balcony and a single room.
The rooms were functional. The single room wasn't very clean; there were cobwebs in the corners and on the bed. It looked like it had been cleaned and then left unoccupied for a while. The double room was okay, but they could have cleaned the table on the balcony beforehand and removed the bird droppings from the floor.
The price/performance ratio was still okay, but unfortunately, breakfast wasn't offered.
My tip for breakfast:
try "Altes Stellwerk".
Free parking is available.

The receptionist was very friendly. It's a quiet and relaxing place. I felt very comfortable.

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews beforehand. Unfortunately I have to confirm the negative impressions. Reception not occupied within the specified time. Phone number only voice mail. Someone then replied by email and a friendly colleague came over. By that time I was already standing in front of another hotel because I had already waited half an hour in the cold. I then returned to this hotel. So far so good, but the room was freezing cold and just couldn't get warm in the winter temperatures. The mold in the shower was also unpleasant. Unfortunately not recommended. Too bad

The beds were made up but there were still empty items lying around from the previous one, and there were no cosmetic wipes or hygiene bags in the bathroom. There was no start, the curtain was partially torn off.

The good things first: - The house is in a very quiet location.
Reception opening hours seem to vary depending on your mood - after 8 p.m. there is no longer a contact person on site! Rooms have minimal temperature, despite setting 5 on the heating! Water too cold for showering! Room service: =0, no beds made, no trash taken out!
Regardless of whether it is a health resort or somewhere else, you can expect more for 70€!!! There is no breakfast or restaurant!
Conclusion: - once and never again!!!

Actually quite nice only the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, there is still a lot of room for improvement. When staff was on site, they tried very hard

The reception is only open from 5 p.m., not at all in the morning. Unkept outdoor facilities. Nothing has ever been done there. In the backyard, a window to the hotel had been smashed for a long time. No breakfast, no drinks. The alleged 3 stars were pasted over everywhere because there is no longer any certification for that. Restaurants nearby? Unfortunately, no. Railing on the balcony is rotten everywhere. Mold in the showers. Yes - the rooms have been renovated and it looks nice at first glance, but the overall package of this "hotel" is no more than a simple hostel left to its own devices.

Rooms are good except for 2-3 things (broken toilet seat, deposits in the shower, dirty curtains). There is almost never anyone at the reception, so I only saw someone on arrival, otherwise not at all, hotel was only accessible from the rear entrance/exit. The outdoor area was unfortunately not as nice as it is presented on the internet. Very noisy. Breakfast is not offered, so no rating possible. It was ok, but unfortunately I can't give more than 3 stars.

You get a lot of bang for your buck in this hotel, nice tidy room, comfortable beds, located in a great area.
