It was our second time at Cappuccino, clean and nice room. The food in the evening was very tasty and the breakfast was rich and very nicely decorated, the staff was very friendly, we will definitely be back.
Very nice and comfortable and above all clean guest room. Super nice staff, great rich breakfast. Super price-performance ratio👌🏻 Guest room cappuccino gets 5 stars from me, I can only recommend it.

Booked an overnight stay at the Hotel Wulff. A back massage, dinner and use of the in-house swimming pool and sauna were included in the price. 135 euros per person. It is a 3 star hotel, you shouldn't forget that. Free parking available. It's a bit old, but some effort has been put into furnishing it to make it pleasant. Average hotel in nice surrounding. The adjacent park is beautiful and the surrounding quite calming. Also, it’s not far from the beautiful city of Soest. Now on to the hotel itself. For a *** hotel you get really nice rooms here, the service was absolutely courteous and friendly. The wellness treatment I received (bathtub with massage jets) was super pleasant and relaxing. There's definitely room for improvement in terms of gastronomy, but for the price it's absolutely fine. I would go there again at any time.

My girlfriend and I stayed there for one night. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. All the employees were very nice. The application was also very pleasant. It's a small hotel right next to the spa park, so if you don't like it so busy, you're in good hands there. We will repeat it again.

very nice and cozy place! we liked everything! 😊 Room was big, bed is very comfy. In the bathroom was everything needed. Perfect breakfast and delicious dinner in the restaurant. Highly recommend!
We were in the cafe. Very nice and furnished with great attention to detail. Cappuccino was unfortunately not hot and the cake was still frozen. That is not how it works. Too bad, we expected more.
For the third time guest in the guest house Brinks, booking was made by phone and was directly confirmed with an e-mail. Staff friendly, rooms clean lovingly furnished. Breakfast plentiful something for everyone. We would love to come back.
We were there by bike. The rooms were cozy and very clean. Breakfast was rich and very tasty. The breakfast room was very lovingly furnished. We were also given a place to store our bicycles. Only the swimming pool was closed and it wasn't mentioned on the website nor booking.com. breakfast was superior, but a lot of wasps.
I do not understand how so many German locations have 4 stars, if they lack room service and air condition, which are basic in any other countries already at 3 star hotels. Why the TVs still have 15 inches? Why not lowering the price if the swimming pool is not open? On the good side, the rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the food is good. A perfect place for the seniors.
