One of the most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in. Beautifully clean. Everything has been thought through with attention to detail and small touches to make you feel at home. Room was accessible, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a huge range of options. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Very much enjoyed my stay and I hope to return one day. Thank you.

Great hotel , super clean and friendly. Location is near Soest center . Breakfast included and was very good . Dinner is extra but food is very good as well . Rooms are ventilated and lighted, were missing a refrigerator but otherwise good for the price.

Brilliant overnight stop at Hotel Susato. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay at a great price. Good parking, friendly service, a clean comfortable room and a good breakfast buffet. We also ate an evening meal in the restaurant, very good unpretentious cooking, attentive service and good value for money. Recommended.

Very good hotel Good hotel, friendly staff. Particularly breakfast. My only complaint would be that they closed the restaurant early when I stayed on a Tuesday night.

Perfect location, great price and even better breakfast. Stone throw from the highway, plenty of car park space and walking distance to the Soest center.

The room was cold, even the heater turned on. Far away from the center, when you call a taxi it is coming from the center. No bus connection and grocery around.

I made a reservation for my second stay yesterday because I truly loved my first visit. The customer service was fantastic, the area was peaceful, it was pet-friendly, and the price was just right for me. Got to have a German beer too ☺️👍🏻

Basic, clean room. Staff is uninformative...offhandish. Dining room food is of questionable quality served in an extremely brightly lit bar/ restaurant. Over breakfast i was treated to owner/manager loudly admonishing staff... Work to be done to deliver 3^ plus quality.

Good hotel for its price, you get what you pay for. Basic room, simpel but nice breakfast, friendly staf and very clean (both the rooms and the hotel itself).

The hotel is located not far from the motorway. The parking is free The building seems to be of the sturdy German construction, located in a quiet part of the village. The check-in was absolutely great! No doubts there. We had checked in close to 9 pm and the hotel restaurant was slated to take the last order by 9 pm. She had informed them of our arrival and got them to wait!!! This is absolutely brilliant...

Very nice hotel. Very Comfortable. Can only recommend. But also the nightlight needs to be changed. It is much to bright for reading in the evening.

The room is spacious, the interior is tasteful, the design is luxurious, overall we were happy with the room. But the air-conditioning was very weak, and the fan wasn’t even provided. The safe didn’t work. The service was ok. The location was good. The breakfast service team had difficulty to keep up with the busy breakfast crowd. We found it a pity that there’s no fridge, no kettle no coffee machine...

Unexpected gem! Excellent room. Five star, modern amenities in a very clean and spacious room. Modern bathroom with hair dryer provided. Have travelled all over Europe and United States and did not expect such modern amenities in such a quaint, small German town. Truly lovely.

Clean, large and comfortable rooms. The mattress isn’t soft enough personally, but in total good value for money. Breakfast is good, with nice variety of cheeses, eggs, hams and vegetables. We liked everything about the property. The breakfaat was great, well maintained. The staff was very helpful and it was real nice place to stay.

Good location, clean rooms. Quite basic breakfast. Location practical and close to the train station, however a bit noisy due to the trains.

We are having a lovely time in Soest and Pilgrim haus was exactly what we were hoping for. The main part of the building was built some time in the 130 and it’s really beautiful. It's nice, charismatic place to stay. Breakfast is a must. Really great choice of food and beverages (tasty, nicely present and good dietary accommodations). The place is located in a good location although we had a bit of a problem finding a parking spot at first (circled 3 times around). The room (apartment) was big and specious but since it's an old building you need to be careful when with kids...

We only had lunch here and didn't stay overnight. But the staff was very welcoming. They went out of their way to look after us. Exceptional service. Ambiente cosy and plenty of space between tables. Noise level was surprisingly low.

Great restaurant for takeaway during Corona lockdown times! Food was excellent, plated nicely and still warm when we had it at home. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, too. Highly recommended!

It gets you there really well. Clean, efficient. Best shower system I ever had. Cheap and cheerful no staff just book in by credit card

Clean, Efficient and Great Value Motel in Soest Citymotel Soest is a no frills but very clean, comfortable and efficient motel. Moderately large room. Exceptional value at 60 euros a night. Fully automated check-in. Minor snacks, coffee and beer (!) from a machine.

Very basic. But nice and cheap. Enough for one night stay on long journey. Rooms are very clean. Railway very close, you can hear it, but i think there’s no trains after 11pm. Car park is paid €2 for 24h which is not bad. Close to the city center. In general, my big yes. I think this will be my spot for stay, and I stay in Soest twice a year.
