Well located in a quiet area, not far from the city. Well equipped rooms, with a kitchenette. Restaurants nearby.

Basic facilities and breakfast was very limited with poor choices in an airless small room which could not seat all the guests.

Playing the “we have two hotels” game. Even the first photo is from a different hotel — a 4-star one, not the 3-star property under this address. They advertise a sauna and fitness room for this address on booking sites, but apparently those facilities are actually in the other hotel. It’s clean, but that’s about it.

The new guy Muhammad is very decent guy and he does his work professionally and he has very good communications skills the food and goos all are great and taste just perfect. Very recommend

I was at an wedding event and I didn't sleep there but the first impressions was very good.

The hotel has a new and an old building. I stayed in the new one. The room was good and clean. The breakfast was worth the extra. Something for everybody, hot and cold, was served in the new building.The staff was professional. The restaurant is located in the old building but i haven't had a meal there. I can recommend this hotel.

Just for one night, but surprisingly cosy, great service and menu. And a great terrace for parents with children. We will be back

All dishes were made to perfection. The sliced roast beef is especially good and tender. This restaurant has room for medium to large size groups.

Stayed for 1 night, before heading back to the UK. Only booked it on the day - was just looking for somewhere with a car park. Free parking outside but I opted for the secure underground parking - a bit pricey at 25 euros. Lovely room which looked like it had been refurbed recently. Fantastic bar area - great selection of drinks. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with a best buffet breakfast ever. The room we had, had a shower in the bedroom what means little privacy after you shower. A separate bathroom with toilet would have been better. We stayed for 2 nights and we had to pay €25 a day for parking underneath the hotel, what in my opinion should have been free and a courtesy of the hotel.

We stopped off for one night heading home from a European Road trip. The hotel is modern and stylish in a pleasant location, all staff were very helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our meal, the breakfast was equally as good with a large selection of food to suit everyone. Highly recommended.

The hospitality, helpfulness and service were just good. There was always someone to talk to. The food was very good and the facilities in the seminar room were also top notch. The rooms were also good. As I was the organizer of the seminar, I can speak for everyone, as this was reflected back to me.

Room was nice, the young lady at reception was delightful , breakfast ok but a little expensive, I dislike having to pay to park my car this should be free, both the restaurant and bar are no longer operational since COVID, would have been nice to know this before I booked !! , absolutely nothing in the small town so have to drive a few km to eat or drink something.

We travel a lot, and really enjoyed the stay here. The most comfortable beds and bedding in years. Light and spotless clean rooms. Very happy with the service of personnel in this family run hotel. Will come back again.

Kind and fluently English speaking reception. The room itself was spacious and bathroom was sufficient. It was however very cold in room ( outside temperature was 0 degrees) and there was only 1 heating unit in the room for both room and bathroom. Therefore, the bathroom was freezing and showering was unpleasant. Breakfast however had a lot of choice and was good.

It is in central Duren town centre, within walking distance of the Bus Station and also, a bit further, the Train Station and with parking on site at an extra payment. I stopped by Dueren on my way to see a friend in the area and needed a place to stay. The hotel was near the train station and the right place. It is a traditional German hotel that has been updated. The breakfast was definitely worth the price. Definitely on my places to stay if I find myself back here.

The room is very retro and the breakfast is pretty good. I hope to stay here again next time. The surrounding area is close to the bustling area and there are many delicious restaurants to try. There are plenty of parking spaces in the parking garage

Room very comfortable. Slept soundly. Had to wait an extremely long time for someone to return to reception so I could check in - there was no bell or anything. I was exhausted and just wanted to get to my room! But apart from that it was fine. I would come here again.

Beds and blankets are very small, at 185cm and 95kg it was a challenge, and the mattress was already very worn. Breakfast was good and varied. Staff were friendly throughout.

A lovely little hotel, apparently family-run. They were very accommodating and, despite being right next to the road, the night was pleasantly quiet. Unfortunately, there isn't a proper parking lot, but we always found a spot on the street in front of the hotel. It's worth the price. We stayed here for 5 days. We'll definitely book here again next time.

The hotel is clean and inviting. My room was well-furnished. The breakfast was perfectly adequate. The hotel owner was very friendly. The parking situation isn't ideal for business travelers. There are no on-site parking spaces, but you should be able to find one in the side streets. I felt comfortable!

Unfortunately no parking spaces belonging to the hotel, you have to look for a parking space on the street. The room was a good size, but a bit old. It was clean and nicely furnished. On the first night one of the beds broke, luckily there were only two of us there and there was a third bed in the room. It was okay as a couple for a weekend, but I wouldn't have stayed longer.
