Where to stay in Heinsberg

Bed is not comfortable at all. Smell damp，odd.

The location is great. Bus station and Train station just a stones throw away form the hotel. The owners and staff very friendly. They certainly made us feel at home and welcoming.

Super Kind I've been to a five-star hotel, but there was no friendlier place than here. You charged my car in the rain for my car, which ran out of batteries on a rainy day. Thank you again. Thanks to you, I'm bringing good memories to Germany.

Perfect place..very friendly personal, breakfast buffet every day and great offers, if you like food you will be a fan...check the photos to see dome offers.

We had to do a late check in and the person at the front desk, was so nice with us.

Reasonable sized rooms, with good beds. Hotel could use a upgrade interior wise. We where there in the summer heat and with no air conditioning or a fan the room temperature was beyond comfortable, even with the windows open.

Lovely location, well appointed and excellent service from staff and management. The breakfast was plentiful and top quality, will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Rooms are lovely, there was noone here when i arrived but there is a check in machine that is pretty easy to use. Tried to get a taxi in the morning and the employee on reception was so helpful! Called 3 companies and even we had the offer of her aunt driving us. So helpful and thoughtful! There's no restaurant with the hotel so be aware that you will need to source your own food. There isn't much...

We arrived quite late at the hotel but the check-in with the machine was effortless. The room we had looked pretty new and was very well equipped and cleaned. Also the price/quality ratio is amazing if you compare with other hotels in the area. Free water and coffee is available. Recommended.

Rooms are very nice & clean. Would have liked coffee/tea facilities in the room. Breakfast was nice, didn't have the cooked just fruit & yoghurt with some very nice bread.

Hotel Sarah was very clean and the service was excellent.

Lovely hotel Great find, super hotel if you are in the area. No restaurant, but easy to find nearby food outlets. Very tasty breakfast and good parking
