Easy to get to, friendly staff, spacious room

The hotel was excellent and staff very friendly, good breakfast only small issue was the bed which was two single beds pushed together which gave you a big gap down the centre.

City hotel with modern charm and nice cafe! Very nice hotell in center of town. Note! Right on pedestrian street… park in Altstadt parking garage, and just a few steps to hotel. GPS will have some issues.. When parking ticket paid through hotel, very good rate eur 4,-/night! Nice breakfast, good coffee, but you have to pay extra for orange juice…:/ Short walk to nice old square with nice restaurants...

It says on the hotel website that there is a restaurant on the property, but this is not true!!!!!! The rooms, however, are spacious and clean pity there is no restaurant The breakfast is good thank you

Trip to Herford Great stay as always

Nice Hotel in the center of the town. Big room and nice atmosphere.

Everything about the hotel is fabulous from the staff to the cleanliness of the room.

Fantastic cozy little hotel, with a perfect location. It can be hard to find, because it doesn't really show that it's a hotel. And the reception isn't staffed very much. But damn it's cozy here. And the location is optimal for visiting Herford Altstadt

Pit stop on my way to Bavaria A little difficulty as I arrived, had to phone the reception, well I was with a colleague who spoke German- so we entered after being given a password. If on my own would be a problem as my telephone had stopped- roaming exhausted on the drive. However, all sorted - it would have been easier if there was someone on reception.

Visit to Xmas Markets Visit was great as usual. Staff are fantastic.

Weekend break Stay was great as always. Staff really nice and helpful. Nothing too much trouble.

The hotel is close to club X, within walking distance. The shower was very good.

Very nice boss. Takes care of every problem. Good rooms, very clean and really perfect for 1-3 nights. When I'm near Herford again, there won't be any other hotel for me.

Great place! Excellent service! Room modern furnished bathroom toilet very clean and just as modern! Breakfast absolutely sufficient! As someone with gluten allergies, extra bread was provided and all the staff were very friendly! The location is excellent transport links federal highway highway very close! The room I had was very big, which was nice but there was no real way to block it the light in the mornings as the bathroom window didn't have a curtain and the door was frosted. So whilst it was comfortable enough you get woken up with the sun

OK I arrived last in the evening and found the doors locked. I called the reception desk and was let in. The Hotel is clean and comfortable But has no restaurant and there was no Breakfast service. In fairness this information is on the hotel web site and had I paid greater attention. I likely would not have booked a room after a 220km drive and arriving late I did not want to go looking for a restaurant...

A room was modern and cleaned. Kettle was missing.I don’t know how is breakfast, because There was none.

5 mins walk from the train station. Beautiful room, fantastic shower. No breakfast on Saturday morning

Really good pace to stay! Highly recommendable.

We stayed at this apartment complex for 4 nights whilst we were in town for a family wedding. The beds are so comfy, the room was lovely and had many finishing touches such as a great fan, earplugs, sweets on the bed for arrival. All of the staff were very helpful and it was very useful to have a fridge, kettle, cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs, an electric hob, pans, knifes etc. The location is perfect...

The hotel is situated just outside the old city, with a 10 minute walk you are in the heart of Herford. It offers large rooms with newspaper wallpaper (?!), and kitchenettes. a microwave is also available. some rooms have a balcony. try to get a room away from main street. As so many mid-range hotels, the reception is not 24 hrs anymore, so best to arrive early. carpets were a bit smelly.
