Fine hotel , clean and tidy with traditional German food

Super hotel, right in the centre of the beautiful town. Rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty with plenty of food to choose from. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They have an underground car park for which there is a charge.

I just loved this place. First of all the people who work at the reception are super polite and nice. Secondly the hall place looks like a move set for twin peaks, shining or x files. It’s like the time stoped there. The esthetics of the hotel are just stunning.

A last minute booking but a warm welcome, nice big family room. Well equipped, quiet and relaxing. Car parking is in the covered garage, which is helpful in bad weather. The buffet dinner was really nice, a chance to sample a variety of German food. Breakfast was a nice variety and plenty of space in the dining room. The local area is good to explore.

The receptionists were courteous. Some parts, like our room, were a bit dated. There are two restaurants in the hotel, and an adjoining cocktail bar across the street. The location is perfect; you can reach almost everything within a 5-minute walk. The old town is close by. A good breakfast with a view of the city is served.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Lippischer Hof. For next time, we would appreciate shampoo in the shower in addition to the shower gel. We also missed having a kettle and tea bags in the room. We enjoyed the hotel's spa area. However, there weren't enough loungers around the lovely, but rather small, swimming pool. Motorcycling holiday. Great location and secure underground parking. Only there for one night. Great central location. Ended up at a very friend pub though a bit strange.

Obviously the nicest hotel in Bad Salzuflen. Everything functions very well, and the food in the breakfast area, in the hotel Restaurant, and bar areas are for me perfect. Our room was by request above the Varus Restaurant, and very rustical with all of the old beams exposed, but still all of the things one would expect in a great hotel were there.

Very clean and friendly with good service. The quaint hotel is in a residential neighborhood and is very peaceful. We had an internet problem, but it affected the entire area, not just the hotel.

It was just great hotel for one night. Lokalization is also very good as it is only 10 min walk from the city center.

Lovely little Hotel in a nice Spot. The bathrooms in the rooms are a little aged but super tidy and clean. The service is very kind and helpful. Breakfast and Catering were great and delicious. There’s a charging spot for an electric car and a nice garden Terrasse. We’ll choose it again when we come back here. There’s a kids playground not far from it.

Misleading website, there is no swimming pool.

The staff were excellent. I don’t speak German and their English was very good. It’s a lovely hotel in a lovely town. However, next time I would book a double room because the single was very small (like Japanese small). And only had one plug socket which was nowhere near the desk.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The room was very quiet and clean. The wellness area was also very nice. The only negative point is the vegan offer for breakfast: non-existent. The restaurant only has one vegan dish. For a 4-star hotel this is a bit little.

Nice hotel but budget rooms are 100 metres away across a busy road. My mum is in a wheelchair so not great. Budget rooms are comfortable but basic.

Family owned hotel, with a rich breakfast buffet, atmosphere and a friendly crew, all on top of very attractive prices. Placed in one of the prettiest little towns in Germany.

Satisfied, free parking, very nice hotel, the waiter's English is not very good, but his attitude is good. The girlfriend of the landlord’s son had been in a relationship with a man from Shanghai and had a good understanding of Chinese habits. She told him that he could visit Yantai, China in the summer and I could introduce him to Jiaodong cuisine.

I was on crutches, so I could not stay where I normally stay and need a hotel with a lift and wanted a reasonable price. The room was clean, but small. The bathroom accessible which was my main concern.

The rooms are adequately equipped for a spa stay. Normally, they're only used for sleeping and showering, especially since each room has its own bathroom. They are simply furnished. A TV is provided. In the basement, there's a small common room with a beer-stocked refrigerator where people can gather in the evenings. The food is good and plentiful, and you don't have to eat every meal at the hotel

Small, fine family hotel with a restaurant on the ground floor. My room (#1 I think) was clean and newly renovated, the spacious bathroom in particular was also very modern. A bit noisy, especially when doors slam downstairs, but overall it's in a quiet corner. The receptionist was very friendly, parking spaces were also available.

We're here to fast and feel very well looked after. We receive informative advice beforehand, followed by juice and soup. The hosts are very friendly and always have a tip or two to offer. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and functional, with balconies or loggias.

Close to the spa clinic and the spa gardens, the accommodation is ideal for a visit to Bad Salzuflen. My Princess Room was very tastefully decorated and lacked nothing. A kettle, bottled water, and a cosmetic mirror, to name just a few amenities. The breakfast was very substantial.
