Modern room with almost all of the amenities you would expect -- refrigerator, TV, kettle -- but there is no AC so be aware. The bathroom was roomy, with a tub/shower (but watch your step getting in). For me this was a convenient location to walk through the old parts of the city and it's narrow, cobblestone roads.

Very helpful and engaging staff, easy walk to.town centre with plenty of resturants.

Spacious room, double deluxe. Location couldn't be more central but the loud disco music until 03.15 in the morning was unexpected! Customer service; nothing was too much trouble. In fact, nothing seemed like far too much trouble. I would not use this hotel again.

Great spacious family bedroom, the kids are in a seperate side room. The hotel is clean and bright, beautifully decorated, feels very luxurious but breakfast was amazing!!!! Beautiful room to eat and great selection, everything fresh. Will definitely be coming back!!!

I was only here for a company gathering in the banquet room which was gorgeous! The waiters and waitresses were all on point and removed dirty plates in a timely polite manner and asked or refilled drinks promptly! 😊😁 cold plates offered in buffet style as well as hot plates offered as well.

A good hotel with a nice central location. My room wasn't ready as I arrived early but the staff were very accomodating and there is a nice bar to wait in. The rooms are spacious and the bath room I had was huge with a good shower. Can be a bit noisy if you shave a window near the street as you can hear the cobbles during morning deliverys. WiFi is free in most of Minden and the hotel is covered too

I recently attended a reunion which took place at Hotel Bad Minden. The service, attentiveness and friendliness of the hotel staff was incredible. The food was excellent with a wide range. The hotel was very clean and tidy. Unfortunately because i had to leave early so did not stay the night, however based on what i experienced, I can defiantly recommend. I was here for a worktrip with my job. We stayed here for 4 nights and i have very few complaints. The only thing is that the breakfast did not have that much selection. The rooms were really Nice, with comfortable beds and netflix and YouTube available on the TV. The bathroom was clean and great quality, especially the showers. Can't tell much about the hotel rooms, since I was lucky and got a special apartment but that is mind blowing. The breakfast is not enormous but of b very good quality and you don't have to eat suspicious eggs from big bowls but an employee will actually cook you some fresh ones. The gym could be modernized, but all over I can't complain.

This hotel and the family that own it are wonderful. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. It is a few minutes from the city center but worth it. Their staff are so very nice, from the ladies that served us coffee every morning, to the bartenders serving us wine at night.

It is a clean, tidy, well organized hotel. There are Not much option around. The restaurant in the hotel is also very useful if you do not have a car to go around. I recommend reservation for the restaurant becasue it was full all the nights in the week.

Very nice hotel with and amazing atmosphere. Had a first floor room, with floor to ceiling windows that open as a door or open from the top. The bathroom is a "wet room" which to me was nice. The rooms don't have a refrigerator and initially I was put off by how slim the beds are but the hotel connects to a restaurant and the beds are comfortable.

I stayed for 2 nights on a business trip, and the facilities were good and clean. There is no elevator, so it may be a bit difficult if you have a lot of luggage, but overall it was good.

Check in was friendly and easy. We had a suite which is situated next door. The room was spacious and very clean. Very well equipped. The bed was large and very comfortable. Bathroom was large with an excellent shower. Location of the hotel is perfect for town, park and railway station. Our room was situated at the back so no noise was experienced.

Very central, close to the Kurpark and the Bali Therme. The room has a great shower and the breakfast has a great selection. Coffee was top. Also all the staff members were very friendly and professionell. Unfortunately the Restaurant was closed the day I stayed there so I could not try it, but the menu was mourh watering. We just stayed at the Hotel Trollinger Hof. I had a bed and breakfast since I have to go to the HDZ tomorrow, and my wife is staying at the hotel until Saturday. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant today; it was a real culinary delight, everything was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious! 👍 We've rarely eaten so well. A last minute booking but a warm welcome, nice big family room. Well equipped, quiet and relaxing. Car parking is in the covered garage, which is helpful in bad weather. The buffet dinner was really nice, a chance to sample a variety of German food. Breakfast was a nice variety and plenty of space in the dining room. The local area is good to explore.

I was on crutches, so I could not stay where I normally stay and need a hotel with a lift and wanted a reasonable price. The room was clean, but small. The bathroom accessible which was my main concern.

The girlfriend of the landlord’s son had been in a relationship with a man from Shanghai and had a good understanding of Chinese habits. Lovely little Hotel in a nice Spot. The bathrooms in the rooms are a little aged but super tidy and clean. The service is very kind and helpful. Breakfast and Catering were great and delicious. We're here to fast and feel very well looked after. We receive informative advice beforehand, followed by juice and soup. The hosts are very friendly and always have a tip or two to offer. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and functional, with balconies or loggias.

The rooms are adequately equipped for a spa stay. Normally, they're only used for sleeping and showering, especially since each room has its own bathroom. They are simply furnished. A TV is provided. In the basement, there's a small common room with a beer-stocked refrigerator where people can gather in the evenings. Obviously the nicest hotel in Bad Salzuflen. Everything functions very well, and the food in the breakfast area, in the hotel Restaurant, and bar areas are for me perfect. Our room was by request above the Varus Restaurant, and very rustical with all of the old beams exposed, but still all of the things one would expect in a great hotel were there.

We stayed at this apartment complex for 4 nights whilst we were in town for a family wedding. The beds are so comfy, the room was lovely and had many finishing touches such as a great fan, earplugs, sweets on the bed for arrival. All of the staff were very helpful and it was very useful to have a fridge, kettle, cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs, an electric hob, pans, knifes etc. The location is perfect...

The hotel is situated just outside the old city, with a 10 minute walk you are in the heart of Herford. It offers large rooms with newspaper wallpaper (?!), and kitchenettes. a microwave is also available. some rooms have a balcony. try to get a room away from main street. As so many mid-range hotels, the reception is not 24 hrs anymore, so best to arrive early. carpets were a bit smelly.

The room was very clean. There was no service for late check-in nether for early Checkout. The location was good. We used electric scooter to go to the city. You can left them all over the city it's very comfortable. Very nice was also the free parking direct in front of the door.

The receptionists were courteous. Some parts, like our room, were a bit dated. There are two restaurants in the hotel, and an adjoining cocktail bar across the street. The location is perfect; you can reach almost everything within a 5-minute walk. The old town is close by. A good breakfast with a view of the city is served.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Lippischer Hof. For next time, we would appreciate shampoo in the shower in addition to the shower gel. We also missed having a kettle and tea bags in the room. We enjoyed the hotel's spa area. However, there weren't enough loungers around the lovely, but rather small, swimming pool. The breakfast was incredibly plentiful and varied! And the breakfast area...

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, pool in the basement including sauna, with a wonderful view of Bad Salzuflen at breakfast.
