Hotel Bad Minden in Minden

I booked 3 nights with breakfast but on check-in they made me pay breakfast twice. Stairs but no lift makes it almost impossible to go upstairs for seniors. Hairs on the pillow are very disgusting and for this price i expected it to be a lot better.

Very disappointed with the service for a planned event in their Biergarten on May 19th. Food and drinks were coordinated with management in advance of the gathering, however, upon the actual event it seemed as though we were inconveniencing them the entire time and never once received friendly service. In addition, the barkeeper told our guests that drink orders were no longer allowed after 21:00, however, we watched her serve several other people that approached the bar well after 21:00. It’s one thing to have insufficient staff when there’s large gatherings that are unplanned, it’s pure unprofessionalism to have short staff who are very unfriendly when a large group commits such a large amount of money to the venue. Would not recommend.
