Lovely hotel and people Wonderful friendly people, good food in the restaurant, our room was lovely with lots of natural light and it also had a balcony. The breakfast was great. And all this came at a price that was very reasonable. If we get the chance to visit Witten again, this is definitely the hotel we would choose. Very nice hotel. Wasn’t expecting such a warm welcome, then the rooms were very nice. Modern decor and very clean. A nice room with plenty of space. I used the sauna and it was fantastic, very clean with nice herb water for putting on the coals. Plenty of free water. The beer is fresh on tap and the breakfast is very good.

Big handicap rooms. Good restaurant. Pleasant staff. Good place for a break in Witten. Central location near shops and town.

Room was sound, all we needed was a bed for the night and do the job. The throw on the bed was a bit dirty but other than that was spot on.

Friendly staff and clean room

Ideal for a short stay Great hotel for a short stay ……. Much better than I anticipated and I would certainly recommend for a few days. Hotel room was comfortable, had a small conservatory and had an excellent shower. The area around the hotel is quiet, but has a good train connection to Dortmund.

Very basic but clean and friendly.. unusual internal design with loafs of character. We only stayed one night but would have no hesitation staying again. Recommended

I stayed just on night, passing through from Spain. Liked the room (62, single room) with its organic shapes and round window in the bathroom. The shower head had lights in it that changes with water temperature (I think). I found everything very clean.

Good value for money hotel This hotel is great value for money and whilst certainly not 5 star, it’s more than adequate for our needs. Single room is big enough and bed comfortable enough (another pillow would be nice). The shower is in a wet room and is fantastic. Intimacy of the location. Cool design. Clean. Easy access to public transportation (bus&train), around 10 min. away from the town center by bus/car. Nearby markets and gas station. Quiet and cool vibe neighborhood. The location has its own restaurant (I didn't check it however as I was in a rush mode). For the money I paid, I am satisfied. Recommended with none of the weakness Great dishes skillfully prepared. Only the Dessert a little goof: coffee jelly leather was rather fast, and seemed, as it had stood for days in the kitchen. Price-performance is okay (Pasta and chips 12 lamb and Filet of 19 Euro). Service: Very friendly and attentive.
