Hotels in Plauen

On the first view you feel like the hotel is too old but its just looks like. Reception is very dark and I belive if you change reception (as a place ) that can bring better first impression. I don't mean to change a place but to renovat it or to bring some soul to it. Rooms are big and really very clean. For a few days to stay strongly recommend this place

Good location, nice rooms and good breakfast.

Overall, the hotel was good. There were some problems with check-in, but the hotel manager generously compensated for them.

It’s exactly what you expect (and need) from a typical 3 star hotel. I just wish those bloody axolotl would stop hiding every time I entered the lobby.

Very friendly staff! They kept the reception open a bit longer for us so we could still check-in and at that moment even took the time to connect with our dog (which is difficult and takes patience). Would definitely recommend this place and whenever traveling in the area I’ll stay here.

The hotel had its good days many years ago, but still can offer spacious rooms, good breakfast choice and very good price to value ratio. Unfortunately, if you arrive late, there are no possibilities to buy groceries nearby and almost all restaurants are closed in the evening...

Nice hotel central, but very odd furniture and decor. Glued details to make the room look fancy and antique. Same with furniture etc. Very odd! But otherwise good, clean and nice breakfast

It was amazing,(it is, because I am still here :)) ) But the food, the room, the clean and the staff from this hotel, are amazing! 5 stars for everything! It's near by the center (1-2 minutes) the center it is amazing also! People from this town are nice!

The restaurant is either understaffed or the staff in place is really inefficient... Started when we arrived, we waited for about 10 minutes standing in the doorway. It seems that to make a 90s show of a flamed meat was more important than taking 15 seconds to send us to a table... Each time some new customer arrived it was a drama, with waiter rolling their eyes and acting like it would be impossible...

Room size is good. A bit too old interior, price is like some higher class hotel , but, stuff is great, garage. Wide breakfast in comparison with other German hotel. Also restaurant is nice and tasty. Also was nice to get free welcome drinks as for the members of BW. Danke!

Decent hotel with friendly staff. Free sauna, for parking the hotel offers a underground facility for 10€ per day. The furniture looks and feels a little bit outdated. The very best amenity is the sauna, great place to relax in the evening. Entrance is free. Vegan options are limited.

My first impression of the hotel is good. Good entrance, lots of free parking places in the street and close to the city center if you want to visit. The WiFi is from time to time not responding and quite slow, but overall good. I got the junior suite room which is slightly bigger with a seat and a small desk. The kettle is in the middle of the desk, which is a bit unhandy. What I really really miss...

They had both hot breakfast(scrambled eggs,sausage and bacon) and various cold items prepared early in the morning. Room was fitted with a mini bar refrigerator and mini canisters of nuts for very reasonable prices. Coffee was delicious! Water pressure was excellent too.

Nice little hotel. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and respond to requests. The breakfast is plentiful and it is constantly being refilled. There are sufficient parking spaces and a chargeable charging station for e-cars. The dinner was also very good and reasonably priced.

Charming, family run hotel in a quiet section of Plauen, close to the city center. Breakfast included and really good. Staff helpful. Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast.

Arrived after traveling a long way to a warm welcome from the owner. The restaurant had closed but they still sold me an excellent German Beer. Room was small, but immaculately clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and really good, fresh breads and donuts made in their bakery. Hotel is only a 10-15 min walk to the city center and books up so make your reservations early. Will stay here...

Very nice hotel right in the centre of Plauen. Excellent breakfast for 10€. Clean, relatively large room with en suite bathroom, a good bed, really friendly owners. Rooms at the front have a nice view on one of Plauen’s squares. Price/quality top. Recommended!!

The hotel manager was so gracious. He tried to do everything for us. Put our sagging flowers in a vase with fresh water. Room was spacious and lots of light. Bathroom in the small side but good enough. Shower was hot and good flow. Room clean. Priced very well and you cannot beat the location. Walk up stairs.

They are so nice here! Me and my family had a blast staying here and eating breakfast here. We will definitely be coming back next time we visit. The rooms are so nice and home like!

We had a room on the 4th floor for one night. Everything was clean and tidy. Modern furnishings. The bed was too hard for us, but I don't see that as a criticism. That's a matter of personal preference. The TV worked, and the Wi-Fi was also trouble-free. The most important thing for me is a clean bathroom, and I wasn't disappointed there. However, I would never have wanted to use the courtyard because...

Opposite dilapidated houses but in the hotel everything was very modern, quiet and up to date. Very clean and nothing to be missed. I can only recommend!

The three of us spent a nice weekend here. Very nicely decorated and inexpensive. Everything was clean and tidy.

The place is amazing! Everything was perfect from the beginning and we had a hard time saying goodbye to Plauen. The hosts were extremely polite and answered every question we had, the check in went smoothly and the apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped. We will come back for sure!
