Great spot hidden in the German Countryside ! Hotel Herzog Georg is a real gem hidden in rural Germany. The size of room is larger than a standard European room and we were very happy to have 2 large size doubles for my wife and 15 yr old son. Breakfast was massive European style and quality was superb. Lots of walking opportunities around town with site seeing and hiking just a short drive away...

Very nice hotel. The room was nice, very good beds and bathroom. Everythong clean. Very good breakfest with many different choices of everything you could like.

that the restaurant is closed at days we have diners at other places used bathroom excellent, cleaners did good job and breakfast was okay.

I booked a room with King bed and in the request I asked for a room in a high level. I was given a room with two single beds and in the first floor directly on the main street. The toilet was not clean.

Great Stay! The quality and cleanliness of the hotel property in general and our room in particular were excellent. The staff was great. The room comfort was great, but on a somewhat hot July day air conditioning would have made it perfect. Wonderful location, staff was very helpful, exceptionally clean and spacious room! Also, the restaurant served delicious meals and reasonably priced drinks! Perfect!!!

Great place to stay. Rooms are big and cozy, with lot of facilities and services. The place itself has a unique style and the surrounding area is ideal for walks or a hiking.

The Fröbelhof, located a bit outside the town center, was once a pioneer of its time. While showing its age a little, it impresses with its attention to detail. A beautiful boutique hotel. The owner acts as a hostess and goes out of her way to accommodate everyone. We were there with a small group during the Christmas season, and the entire hotel was tastefully decorated for Christmas. The breakfast was excellent. The Fröbel Museum on-site deserves special mention. Friedrich Fröbel is essentially the inventor of kindergartens and the training of kindergarten...

A super-friendly and accommodating hostess who takes care of her guests. The hotel is designed with great attention to detail and has the potential for larger celebrations. A carefully prepared breakfast with something for everyone. Superbly centrally located in the beautiful spa town of Liebenstein. We'd love to come back!

Authentic German Feel, nice village although we arrived late and in very bad snow the host was very nice and polite.
