We have just had a two week stay in the Theoxenia which was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. This hotel is of a much higher standard than most we have experienced in Greece. We stayed in a 'deluxe double' room which was extremely spacious with a separate kitchen and a very large balcony, with open outlook towards the sea. We are just having our last day of a two week holiday at this wonderful hotel. We have stayed at many 4-star hotels both on the mainland and the islands of Greece, and this is by far one of the nicest. Very good value water park hotel with pool bar with lovely coffee, ice cream and toasted sandwiches as well as usual drinks. Breakfast was large buffet but very limited if you are vegetarian so we did not use it. Staff were all fantastic apart from breakfast staff. Pleasant stay The water park was really good with very clean pools and attentive life guards. Breakfast had a good variety. Cleaningness of the room was not great. We stayed there for two nights and they didn't clean the room or changed towels on the second day. Rooms in the main building are very outdated and need renovation.

We have been here twice in the last 3 years. The hotel facilities have improved since we were here in 2019. The staff are polite, rooms are cleaned daily, sheets changed. Visited the place for the kids to have fun in their water park. You spent 10 euros per person for all the facilities or 5 for jacuzzi and pools. They have lots of people taking care the kids and their safety so you can relax and have a drink or a snack. Overall a positive experience if you are in the area.

The hotel is great for families, it has a nice set of water amenities. The staff was excellent, very helpful. The rooms were decent on par with what you would expect for a three star hotel. My only pet peeve is that the showers could have been a bit better: they worked, but they were quite ugly and cramped. Food in the restaurant was quite good. Breakfast buffet was ok, nothing to write home about...

Positive: Very nice surroundings with free comfortable sunbeds for the guests. Cleaning of the room every day. Very nice staff that served the food, and the food were very good, they served vegetarian food to my wish. Negative: The dinner with 3 dishes were served from 19.30, we think that is too late, and we never got the first dish before 20.00 and the desert about 21.00. The coffee and tea for breakfast...

Lovely little modern hotel with staff that couldn't be friendlier. The food is food. Despite going in the middle of high season, the resort, as well as the hotel, pool and beach, were nice and quiet, with very comfortable recliners to relax in. Our 'batteries' are fully recharged!

This was a nice hotel with amazing views onto the beach. All of the staff were excellent, particularly Giannos (sorry probably spelt that wrong) - the main waiter in the restaurant and the lovely young lady who served our breakfast every morning. Very nice hotel with lovely staff and excellent service. The hotel have nice and clean rooms and a perfect pool area. Some meters from the pool you can take a swim in the sea. The breakfast is really superb and i can recommend the omelette. I will come back again.

This wonderful hotel is an oasis in amongst other residential and hotels. The staff couldn't do enough to help. We can only say the best of this family-owned hotel! The service is clearly the best. Everyone always greet us and make sure we have what we want. They are superfriendly! The rooms are great with a nice view from the balcony. Breakfast and lunch are great as well. Location is good if you want easy going days with the best restaurants.

Must Boutique Hotel is so nearest to the beach as it could be. Starting my day with swimming in the sea. Then taking my very good breakfast. The owner Kostas and Nikita ask you, what you prefer for breakfast. My room had a little balcony and it was for this kind of hotel completely ok. But the best was the relaxing atmosphere and the kindness of the staffs and owner.
