We have been here twice in the last 3 years. The hotel facilities have improved since we were here in 2019. The staff are polite, rooms are cleaned daily, sheets changed. The breakfast was great, there was a variety. The hotel is close to Mango beach bar, walking distance. You can also go by car to any of the near beach bars. The waterpark at the hotel is great, the only thing is that since it is open not only for hotel guests, it gets a bit crowded at certain hours during the day. However, the staff looks after the safety and it is all OK.
Good for kids.Nice water slides. The prices are ok. But unfortunately the waiters may be obnoxious or rude and that why it gets three stars.
2022 update:
I considered trying my luck again, giving another chance. (I could have been unlucky the previous time)
They are forcing parents/guardians of the children to pay 6 euros just to accompany the kids (new policy)!!!!
The outrageous part is that the 6 euros do not accompany a coffee or beer or at least deducted from what you drink or eat.
This policy is directly from the management so consider yourself warned on how they view you as a customer.
For this reason I am subtracting one Star.

We had go for one week but I would never go there not even for a day .Dirty rooms,toilet smell like a public toilet ,the food is not good,one Greek salad they could make it.
10 euro's for the water park, which is nothing more than 4 slides and a lazy river (which was out of order).
Pools and slides great for kids. BUT: in 10 days nobody EVER cleaned the room, changed the towels od bedsheets, replaced toilet paper. Air conditioner never evwr cleaned, we got pneumonia from the bacteria from the AC. Don't use the AC!!! Price-quality rate POOR. Location good and quiet. Parking good.
Visited the place for the kids to have fun in their water park. You spent 10 euros per person for all the facilities or 5 for jacuzzi and pools. They have lots of people taking care the kids and their safety so you can relax and have a drink or a snack.

The hotel is great for families, it has a nice set of water amenities. The staff was excellent, very helpful.
