Well what can I say !! What a beautiful place with beautiful people (staff) so welcoming and so accommodating to everything you needed. We stayed in a room for 3 people which was perfect for us girls it was cleaned and beds made with clean towels everyday. The bar staff and waiters etc were amazing especially Amarillo he made us feel really welcome told us about the island and where to eat etc get really is a credit to your establishment. I will definitely becoming back to this hotel with my daughters.

We booked a room with a “Surrounding view” only to learn from the receptionist that that phrase actually means “no views” - so our rooms were below ground facing the parking lot.
I think you would be better off looking at this hotel as a fine 3 star hotel because it falls well below a 4 star. While the service is lovely, the amenities are very basic (the TVs in the room only give local channels, the phones and safes in the rooms gave us all issues, the iPad in the room feels fancy but the reception didn’t respond to the messages we sent via the iPad). Overall, this is fine for a 3 star hotel. Not a 4.

My Mykonos is one of those rare hotels that understands luxury isn’t about trying too hard it’s about making everything feel effortless. The Cycladic design is beautifully considered, the pool area feels like a private little escape, and the entire atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between polished and relaxed.
What truly elevates the experience, though, is the team: warm, attentive and genuinely hospitable, without ever feeling rehearsed. Close enough to Mykonos Town to enjoy its energy, yet peaceful enough to actually unwind.
Come for the aesthetic, stay for the feeling and leave wondering why every hotel can’t get the details this right. An easy five stars.

Stayed for 3 nights, staff very helpful, breakfast delicious and lots of choice. Bed and pillows very comfortable really nice pool area. Slightly too far out of Mykonos town although we walked there and back every night. Sunsets amazing, Little Venice overpriced. Geared up for cruise ships

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! I came to Mykonos with my girlfriend, and during our trip I proposed to her. The manager and the entire staff went above and beyond to organize everything perfectly and prepared something truly special for us, which made the moment unforgettable.

The room was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in — comfortable, spotless, and beautifully designed. The private pool was the icing on the cake and made the whole experience even more magical and romantic.

Everyone was kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we would definitely love to come back again!

Not family friendly- better for couples
Pros - very friendly accomodating staff, great location, plenty parking, supermarket very closeby, surrounded by restaurants, great pool area, great breakfast
Cons - did not get family room requested, pretended to make effort to acknowledge special requests from 6 months earlier, hard uncomfortable bed mattresses, bunk bed and sofa bed too small for anyone taller than 6 ft, hot water didnt work, some rooms have newer TVs with Netflix - others dont

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and even better staff - the warmest welcome to Greece! It’s a bit of a (steep) walk to Mykonos town so if you want to easily get between the hotel and town, it’s not the best option. But for the price and quality of my stay, it’s 100% worth it and I would recommend to anyone to stay here!
