I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience because this hotel is nowhere near the standard its price suggests.

The service has been consistently disappointing from the moment we arrived. The staff has been unhelpful on multiple occasions, and there seems to be very little focus on guest experience.

The Wi-Fi is extremely unreliable, making it difficult to work or even use basic internet services.

The breakfast is also very underwhelming, with very limited options considering the price of the hotel.

Housekeeping has been poor. While the room is technically “cleaned,” the floors are never swept properly, leaving dirt and sand behind every day.

One of the most surprising experiences happened during breakfast. I simply asked if I could refill my reusable water bottle from the water station, and I was told that I was not allowed because the water was “only for breakfast.” In all my travels, I have never stayed at a hotel that refused a guest access to drinking water in this way. It felt unnecessarily restrictive and completely out of line with the level of hospitality expected from a hotel in this price range.

On top of that, the hotel does not provide complimentary bottled water in the rooms, which only makes the situation more frustrating.

Overall, the value for money is extremely poor. Mykonos is an expensive destination, but high prices should come with quality service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Unfortunately, this hotel delivers none of those consistently.

I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

My stay at Anna Maria Mykonos was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and the service is excellent. The staff, especially Konstantino, was incredibly helpful throughout our trip. The location is perfect - close to every beach, with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. I loved every moment of my stay and will definitely return in the future.

Lovely clean room. Cleaned daily by housekeeping whilst you have the delicious breakfast. The greek yoghurt and honey was amazing. Bus stop right outside to take you into town. Takes around 10 minutes to get to Fabrika and busses are quite regular. You can pay by card or cash at the hotel and on the busses. Complimentary shuttle to airport and it is only around 15 minutes away. Great hotel. Would dedinately come back if holidaying in Mykonos again.

Please ignore the review where it states “The receptionist assaulted my friend”. That is NOT what happened. Both girls were incredibly rude and they should have paid the late check out fee!

The receptionists and all staff were incredibly lovely and friendly and did everything to accommodate for our stay. Lovely and modern rooms with a large pool. Comfy beds, Breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety but tasted scrumptious. Good location and only a 2 minute walk from the shops. Would definitely come back again.

Ana Maria is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! My friend and I spent almost a week here, and everything was amazing. The food was delicious, the hospitality was unmatched, and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. I also felt very safe and comfortable during my stay, which made the experience even better. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. Plus, Mykonos Town and the beaches are just a short distance away, making it the perfect location! 🌸✨

From the moment I arrived, the staff at this hotel made me feel welcome. Their genuine kindness and willingness to help were standout qualities. They were an absolute lifesaver when it came to helping me with transportation, offering great tips and directions. On top of the exceptional service, my room was immaculate—truly spotless. The attention to detail in the cleanliness was impressive and made for a very comfortable stay. I can't recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for great service and a clean, relaxing environment.

Great place to stay, the bus stops right outside, local restaurants are great . Hotel is very clean, rooms very comfortable and staff are very friendly. The pool area is very nice, good sunbeds. Breakfast is very plentiful and tasty. Nothing not to like ! If you have a late flight, checkout was 11 am however they do offer baggage storage and a shower/changing room for your comfort, with clean towels provided. Pool towels are also available from reception, although this is not advertised. Very chilled and relaxed, shout out to Lazarus at the bar/reception for great customer service and being a really friendly person !

Overall, we had a good experience staying at the Anna Maria Hotel. For the price we paid, it offered excellent value and exceeded our expectations in many areas. The hotel itself is very clean, and our room was a decent size—comfortable enough for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the pool area: it’s lovely, well-maintained, and the sun beds are very comfortable. We never had any trouble finding available loungers, which made for some peaceful, lazy afternoons in the sun. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the freddo cappuccino at the bar—it was delicious and became a daily treat! The location is also convenient, with a bus stop right outside the hotel providing easy access to the town and beaches. The town is also within walking distance approximately 25 mins walk from the hotel. Breakfast was okay—not bad, but nothing particularly special either. The only real downside was the air conditioning in our room; unfortunately, it didn’t really cool the room down properly. We're not sure if this was just an issue with our unit or a more general problem. All in all, Anna Maria Hotel is a great option if you're looking for a clean, friendly, and affordable base in Mykonos.
