Damianos Hotel in Mykonos City

Some people they have hospitality in their DNA... That's the case of Damianos hotel in Mykonos city. Charming hotel family owned, with nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable rooms. Descent prices, good food, excellent breakfast, exceptional service by the owner's, Thanassis and his mother. The sunset view is something you shouldn't miss with a nice glass of masticha spirit or ouzo...! I've been many times the previous years but every year I see ameliorations and higher standards!!! Access is easy, enjoyable downwards to visit the city but for going back you ll need a bus or a taxi, literally 2-3min from downtown. Keep up the good job Thanassis and greetings to your kind mother !! C u next year...xxx

The hotel was the final stay in an organised tour of the islands, the travel company had saved the best to last. The arrival welcome was thorough, maps were provided, detail given on the island and transportation while enjoying a complimentary drink. Panos showed us to the room which had been recently renovated to a high standard, enjoying magnificent sea views from one of several terraces around the property. Bed linens were of very good quality. The breakfast rivaled that of a 5 star hotel. This is a family owned hotel and is operated with much love and passion for what they do.

10/10, this hotel is beautiful and gives cute resort vibes. It’s conveniently located near grocery store, restaurants and quick walk to bus station. The pool is gorgeous and there are plenty of places to relax and soak up the sun. Rooms are clean and modern. The staff has be wonderful and very accommodating.

We stayed a few nights in this lovely hotel. The owner, Panos and all team were super nice and friendly. Rooms are clean, loved their shampoo and hair conditioner. Placement is perfect if you wish to be close to the nightlight and all restaurant. Very happy with our stay, many thanks!

My friend and I recently stayed here and had such a great time at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The pool area was amazing, too and the views were just stunning. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place.

What can I say? Simply stunning! 🤩From the warm welcome Thanos and the team provided to the incredible sunset views from the restaurant and the pool area. If you are going to Mykonos this is the place to stay. The service is impeccable and they really care about your stay with them. They also provide a shuttle service from the airport and/or the port to make your stay that much easier. The buffet breakfast is awesome. The pool area is amazing. The cocktails and food delicious. The sunset views area incredible. Special mention to Panagiotis for his exceptional service during our stay. The walk into town is beautiful and only 10 minutes. Like seriously, it was more about Damianos and how they made us feel than how beautiful Mykonos really was (which it is by the way). We would come back to Mykonos just to stay a few more days here again. 🤣

For older people who need assistance walking you may find the walk into town and back a little difficult, because there is a bit of an incline. But I'm sure Thanos and the team will be able to work something out for you.

This is An amazing hotel, the owner and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. We would defo come again and recommend to anyone. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. The rooms are well done and clean. They also offer a free taxi back to the airport. How this is only 3 star is beyond me?

This hotel is lovely. It’s a bit of sobering, up hill walk from the town at the end of the night but well worth it. The staff are lovely, the rooms are super cute and a very good breakfast. Lovely pool and bar area to watch the sunsets from. Ample parking. Very good value for money, which is difficult to say in Mykonos.

Really enjoyed our stay last week. The hotel staff was so welcoming and helpful! We liked the location as we were able to take the path to town for dinner/drinks and then return to our peaceful room to sleep. Also my husband was glad that the brewery was a short walk from the hotel!
